Bienvenue ! Je suis une kinésithérapeute jeune et dynamique, diplômée d’un master en kinésithérapie de la Haute École Provinciale du Hainaut - Condorcet. Je prends en charge tous types de pathologies en kinésithérapie générale, avec pour objectif de vous accompagner vers une récupération optimale et durable. Passionate about sports, I hold a Master's degree in Kinesitherapy and am able to take care of all your musculoskeletal disorders (tendinopathies, fractures, muscle injuries, sprains, ...), neurological, respiratory or other, as well as to accompany you during a post-operative rehabilitation. I am also trained in lymphatic and manual drainage, and am currently training in sports physiotherapy. My consultations take place on Monday mornings, Tuesday mornings, Thursday mornings and Friday mornings at the City Clinic, Avenue Louise, and I will be happy to welcome you.

Diplômé d'un Master en kinésithérapie en 2024 à la HELB (Haute Ecole libre de Bruxelles) passionné par le corps humain et le mouvement, je vous accompagne tout au long de votre revalidation. Ensemble, nous mettons en place un bilan complet et nous élaborons ensuite un plan de traitement progressif, adapté à vos besoins et basé sur des principes fondés.

Je prends en charge tout types de pathologies en kinésithérapie générale. Mon objectif concret est de vous mener et vous accompagner vers les meilleurs résultats possible et durable qui correspondent à vos attentes !

Je souhaite me spécialiser en pédiatrie et en périnatalité – uro-gynécologie, afin d’accompagner les femmes, les hommes et les enfants à chaque étape de leur vie.

Mon approche est centrée sur la bienveillance, la douceur et l’individualisation des soins, que ce soit pour la rééducation post-partum, les troubles périnéaux, la prévention, ou le suivi du développement de l’enfant(plagiocéphalie, torticolis, motricité…), ou toute sorte de prise en charge.

Mon objectif : offrir une prise en charge complète, adaptée à chacun, pour favoriser le mouvement, l’équilibre et le bien-être global.

His therapeutic approach turn around three axes inseparable from each other : - structural: is interested in musculoskeletal and joint complexes. - visceral : the visceral system is governed by the neuro-vegetative system. The purpose of the visceral work is to release some mobility restrictions and also to check the links with the column. - the functional and the craniosacral : these techniques are based on the work of the fascias.

Je suis kinésithérapeute depuis octobre 2023 et j’exerce en cabinet avec une pratique axée sur la kinésithérapie générale.

En parallèle, je me spécialise en rééducation oro-maxillo-faciale et vestivulo-occulaire, un domaine qui me passionne et que je continue d’explorer pour enrichir ma prise en charge.

Anne Dardenne is a physiotherapist with 34 years of experience. For 15 years, she has specialized in everything related to the pelvic sphere and has followed many training courses in this field: Preparation for childbirth, postpartum, hypopressive gymnastics, urogynecology and anorectal rehabilitation, manual therapy specific and clinical sexology. She is also trained in VODDER Manual Lymphatic Drainage and post breast cancer treatments. In her office or at Espace 84, the health, physical and mental well-being of patients are her main concerns.
