Diplômée d’un master en kinésithérapie et passionnée par le bien être, en particulier dans le domaine des pathologies féminines, je suis actuellement en cours de spécialisation en uro-gynécologie et gymnastique médicale type « PILATES ».

Je propose également des visites à domicile sur Waterloo.

Mes compétences s’étendent aux troubles musculo-squelettiques (entorse, fracture, lombalgie, cervicalgie, etc…), à l’accompagnement post-partum, à la kinésithérapie respiratoire pour adultes, à l’hydrothérapie et à la gériatrie.

Kiné général conventionné. Je m'occupe principalement des pathologies musculo-squelettiques liées à un trauma, une opération ou de la surcharge.

Je suis formé en kiné sportive et me ferai un plaisir de vous accompagner jusqu'à votre retour sur le terrain.

Etant également kiné à l'Institut Jules Bordet, je prends en charge toutes pathologies liées au cancer. Aussi bien pendant le traitement qu'après une opération.

Diplômée d’un Master en kinésithérapie, je vous accompagne avec une approche personnalisée, bienveillante et à l’écoute. Mon objectif est de vous aider à retrouver votre mobilité, autonomie et qualité de vie en soulageant vos douleurs et en optimisant vos capacités fonctionnelles.

Mon approche combine techniques manuelles et exercices adaptés, afin de favoriser une récupération optimale. 

Je pratique de la kinésithérapie générale et je prends en charge les différents troubles musculo-squelettiques : lombalgie, tendinopathie, entorse, fracture, douleurs chroniques, troubles de la marche ainsi que la rééducation pré/post-opératoire.

Diplômée en drainage lymphatique manuel (méthode Leduc), j’interviens aussi dans la prise en charge des œdèmes et jambes lourdes.

Johan Van Ertbruggen, Physiotherapist, graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles with a master's degree in physiotherapy in 2016. He is specialized in manual therapy, sports physiotherapy and shoulder rehabilitation. He consults Monday through Friday at HSPC Health & Sports Performance Medical Center.

A registered physiotherapist with a Master's degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation at ULB, I practice general physiotherapy and manual therapy. I will be happy to support you effectively in your rehabilitation, whether sports, orthopedic, cardiological, neurological or geriatric. I take care of the Braine-l'Alleud Castors women's basketball team playing in Belgian division 1. I have also trained in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and take care of your children suffering from bronchiolitis and pneumonia. Very dynamic and attentive, I am keen to specifically adapt the sessions to your needs while remaining aligned with the latest scientific data and of course our final objective. Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

Alexandre is a sports physiotherapist who has evolved with the values of team sports. For him, bringing a group to success will always be his primary objective! His care is directed towards adult patients with more orthopedic pathologies (fractures, sprains, muscle tears, tendinopathies, neck pain, pre- and postoperative care, special expertise for the shoulder, ...) and/or neurological. During a consultation, it is important that you know how/why and especially where you will go during the treatment, which are essential notions worked out with Alexandre.

Trained in muscular and physiological chains according to the Busquet method, my practice is based on touch and dialogue. It is aimed at adults, adolescents and children who have chronic pain, the cause of which is often unknown: neck pain, lower back pain, headaches, chronic fatigue, etc. Using a combined approach of words and touch, we will investigate to understand and resolve blockages in the body: touch to release body tensions, and dialogue to bring to light the words hidden by the ailments. At your own pace and with respect for everyone. Body work is global, from the feet to the head. My steps also led me to pediatrics. I offer care focused on the concepts of baby Busquet muscle chains, pediatric manual therapy, as well as free motor skills. The little one's sleep is also regularly at the heart of parents' concerns. Interested in this subject, I learned a lot through training and readings. For those who wish, the sessions will therefore be an opportunity to discuss caring support for the baby's sleep. The prices are agreed: the first session amounts to 70€ (assessment) and the following ones to 62€ for one hour.
