Vous trouverez à ma consultation un cadre chaleureux, une écoute bienveillante et non-jugeante, indispensable pour l’accompagnement psychologique donc vous avez besoin. Vous pouvez me consulter pour diverses problématiques telles que : stress, anxiété, burn-out, affirmation de soi, gestion des émotions, deuil pathologique, traumatisme, dépression, addictions, troubles de la personnalité, soutient à la parentalité, etc. Je reçois sur rendez-vous uniquement les adultes et les adolescents.

Je vous propose une rencontre dans un cadre serein et respectueux, autour d’une approche issue du courant humaniste. Cette approche, également appelée “centrée sur la personne”, accorde une importance primordiale à l'empathie et au potentiel humain. Elle me permet de vous accompagner dans la compréhension de vous-même, dans le dépassement de vos difficultés et dans l’émergence de vos ressources personnelles.

Diplômé d’un Master en Psychologie clinique et Psychopathologie, ainsi que d’un Master en Neuropsychologie et développement cognitif, j’accorde également une attention particulière aux dimensions cognitives, attentionnelles et neurologiques qui peuvent influencer votre quotidien.

Clinical psychologist graduated from the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve, she welcomes teenagers or adults for individual interviews around various problems in order to bring them the best possible solutions (Self-esteem, self-confidence, motivation, Emotional management, Relational difficulties, Stress and difficulties related to work, Emotional disorders related to anxiety, Post-traumatic stress disorder (loss, bereavement, victim of violence...), EMDR, parental exhaustion, mental load, sadness affects and depressive syndrome)

I consult every Monday afternoon from 1pm to 6pm at Rue de Tenbosch 85, office n°4. My main objective is to provide psychological support to my patients, using attentive and empathetic listening.

In my practice in Brussels I receive adults for individual therapy. The issues with which I work the most are addictions, anxiety, self-esteem, depression, migratory grief of expats, stress, as well as problems of couple, sexuality, and problems related to the acceptance of sexual orientation and gender identity (LGBTIQ+). Psychotherapy is a very useful tool for people suffering from depression, anxiety or worry over a prolonged period of time, by people who see that they have problems that are affecting their physical and emotional well-being or people who do not see themselves capable of facing an event such as a new job, a divorce or mourning for the loss of a family member.

I have a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology from the ULB with a specialization in parenting support from the UCL. Using an integrative approach that reconciles psychoanalysis, behavioral and humanistic therapies, I propose that we work together in the understanding and resolution of problematic situations. Understanding the conceptual and cultural framework of others is the basis of the work I propose to undertake. Having worked in Latin America and practicing with expatriates, I attach particular importance to language, which can bring valuable subtleties to the therapeutic work. I receive in French as well as in Portuguese. The modalities and rhythm of the sessions will be determined during the first meetings where we will be able to identify the nature of the problem. I receive clients at the Mimosa Center in Brussels on Mondays and Saturdays for individual, family or couple counselling. My consultations are aimed at teenagers, adults and elderly people to whom I offer home follow-ups if necessary. I have a degree in Psychological and Pedagogical Sciences (ULB-1994), and I completed my university career with a Certificate in Psychotherapeutic Clinics (ULB-1995). In order to be able to respond in a personalized and efficient way to requests, I continued to train myself in the tools of brief therapy both for individual sessions (LPNL, hypnosis, EFT, logosynthesis, ..) and for couple sessions (positive psycho-sexology).
