Je propose un accompagnement en kinésithérapie sportive : adaptation de l’entraînement, prise en charge des blessures, prévention, travail postural et fonctionnel.

Je me spécialise dans la prise en charge pédiatrique grâce aux connaissances acquises et aux stages réalisés dans le cadre d’une formation continue sur deux ans à l’Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB).

Je base mes traitements sur les preuves et évidences que j’ai acquises lors de mes diverses formations, stages et durant mes 2 années de pratiques en hôpital et à domicile. 

Je prends en charge les nourrissons/enfants/adolescents pour toute affection respiratoire ou orthopédique (scoliose/cyphose/torticolis/plexus brachial/plagiocéphalie/metatartus adductus/pied bot), ainsi que les adultes pour toute rééducation de l’appareil locomoteur (traumatologie/tendinopathie)

Diplômé en kinésithérapie à l’École catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve (UCLouvain).

Je prends en charge un large éventail de pathologies dans le cadre de la kinésithérapie générale, avec un intérêt particulier pour la rééducation de la main (traumatismes, post-chirurgie, troubles musculo-squelettiques) et le drainage lymphatique (œdèmes, jambes lourdes, suivi post-opératoire, etc.).

Formé en neurodynamique clinique, j’interviens également dans la prise en charge des atteintes nerveuses, telles que le canal carpien.

Hello, I am a DO osteopath graduated in 2022 from the Free University of Brussels and osteopath of the federal Taekwondo team. I started studying the human body and care 13 years ago. I took my first steps in the field of health in midwifery (midwifery) for 3 years. It was a great experience, where I was able to support pregnancies, but also deliver newborns and follow their progress. 7 years ago, I reoriented myself to be able to investigate care through my hands. As an osteopath, I treat musculoskeletal and peripheral neurological disorders of mechanical origin. These mechanical problems have a cause! To find it, an initial discussion will allow me to know more about your pain (How did it appear? What are the characteristics of your pain?). We will take the time to explore your health and medical history. Following this, we will proceed to the physical, clinical and neurological examination supplemented by orthopedic tests in order to best identify the cause of the pain in an algo-mechanical logic. The succession of these stages will allow us to move on to osteopathic treatment and/or medical reorientation towards other specialties. If manipulation proves necessary, it will be carried out with your consent, in a safe manner and in a pain-free manner according to Dr. Robert Maigne. Graduate of osteopathy at the U.L.B. The reason for the consultation, the patient's complaint as well as a clinical examination will lead to an appropriate osteopathic treatment. The osteopathy sessions allow to treat the "blockages" of muscular, articular, neurological or digestive type in order to give back a freedom of movement and the desired well-being.

Passionate about sports, I hold a Master's degree in Kinesitherapy and am able to take care of all your musculoskeletal disorders (tendinopathies, fractures, muscle injuries, sprains, ...), neurological, respiratory or other, as well as to accompany you during a post-operative rehabilitation. I am also trained in lymphatic and manual drainage, and am currently training in sports physiotherapy. My consultations take place on Monday mornings, Tuesday mornings, Thursday mornings and Friday mornings at the City Clinic, Avenue Louise, and I will be happy to welcome you.
