Graduated in osteopathy from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, I offer consultations for the treatment of acute, chronic, and functional musculoskeletal disorders.

I provide care for a wide range of conditions, including migraines, stress-related tension, neck and lower back pain, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction.

With additional training in pediatrics and perinatal care, I also support infants, children, pregnant women, and postpartum patients with gentle, adapted osteopathic treatment.

Consultations are available for patients of all ages.

Located in Forest, on the border of Ixelles, St-Gilles and Uccle, Claire is oriented towards the care of musculoskeletal pain. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. She regularly trains and questions herself in order to provide her patients with treatments that are validated by the scientific community while being oriented by her own qualities as well as by the individuality of each patient. She transmits her knowledge to the patient and guides him/her in order to make him/her autonomous in his/her treatment and to keep the acquired knowledge beyond the consultation period.

Osteopath D.O., Pascal Van Oost, has been practicing osteopathy for more than 25 years. He will gladly put his experience at your service, both at the City Clinic Chirec Louise in Ixelles and at his private practice in Ohain. Specialized in general osteopathy, visceral care and functional techniques, he takes care of neck pain, back problems, lumbago and migraine. He can relieve you of your rib pain, help you prevent or manage stress or overcome your jaw problem. If you are an athlete or a sportsman, he can also help you heal your sports injuries and return to your sports activities smoothly. Je prends en charge tous troubles de l’appareil neuro-musculo-squelettique (« blocage », torticolis, cervicalgie, lombalgie, sciatique, tendinite, entorse, douleurs à la mâchoire…), que le contexte soit aigu ou chronique. Je reçois aussi bien les enfants, les adultes, les sportifs, les femmes enceintes que les seniors. J’accorde une grande importance à la communication, l’écoute du patient, le tout à travers une démarche bienveillante, médicale, critique et scientifique.

Nassim is a physical therapist graduating in June 2021. Although he has a master's degree in low back pain, he is able to manage musculoskeletal disorders in a general way, while adapting to the patient and offering specific follow-up. As a young graduate, Nassim has been educated with the latest recommendations in kinesiology and management. He will be able to advise you and answer your questions in the most relevant way. Following a training in sports kinesiology at the UCL, he aspires to train as much as possible in order to remain as close as possible to scientific rigor. He covers the fields of general physiotherapy (orthopedic, neuromuscular, musculoskeletal disorders, revalidation, rehabilitation...), sports physiotherapy (rehabilitation according to the practice, reathletization, ...), pre/post-operation physiotherapy (reinforcement, rehabilitation...) and finally cardiorespiratory physiotherapy.

Ostéopathe D.O diplômé de l'école International Academy of Ostéopathy (IAO). Après plus de 10 ans en tant que kinésithérapeute (générale et sportive), j'ai voulu me perfectionner en commençant 5 années d'études d'ostéopathie que j'ai réussi en juin 2024. Depuis lors, je vous propose des séances d'ostéopathie pour soulager vos douleurs lombaires (type blocage, sciatique, lombalgie...), cervicales (blocage, migraine, névralgie d'Arnold, cervicalgie,...), dorsales, costales, problèmes articulaires, blessures sportives ou tout simplement pour un bilan/contrôle.

Je vous accueille au Centre Holis, à Rhode-Saint-Genèse, en tant qu’ostéopathe D.O., diplômée de l’Université libre de Bruxelles.

Ma prise en charge a pour objectif de restaurer la mobilité globale du corps et d’apaiser vos douleurs, qu’elles soient d’origine cervicale, thoracique, lombaire, pelvienne ou musculaire.
