Au sein de mon cabinet MEDISTALLE situé à UCCLE et du centre médical de koekelberg, nous offrons une gamme complète de services médicaux, de la consultation générale au suivi des pathologies chroniques, en passant par les bilans de dépistage et les urgences médicales. Médecin généraliste conventionnée et accréditée. Diplômée en médecine en 2019 à l’Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) et titulaire d’un master complémentaire en médecine générale, nous vous proposons une prise en charge globale, tant curative que préventive, attentive aux besoins de chacun(e).

Qualified as a physiotherapist in 2013, I practiced in private practice for 5 years. I completed my skills with training in sports physiotherapy which allowed me to work within the medical staff of a football team and an indoor football team. I also have a diploma as a personal trainer with 3 years of experience in a gym. Having lived 4 years in Montreal as a therapist in a sports clinic, I was able to develop my skills in massage therapy. These new skills help me complete my overall patient care. My skills as a physiotherapist and personal trainer allow me to best support patients in their healing processes and reduce the risks of recurrence. My knowledge and experience allow me to treat a large number of pathologies affecting the musculoskeletal system (sprain, fracture, muscle damage, postural disorder, etc.). Calm and curious by nature, I will take the time to understand your needs as best as possible in order to find the best way to act on them.

Hello, I am a DO osteopath graduated in 2022 from the Free University of Brussels and osteopath of the federal Taekwondo team. I started studying the human body and care 13 years ago. I took my first steps in the field of health in midwifery (midwifery) for 3 years. It was a great experience, where I was able to support pregnancies, but also deliver newborns and follow their progress. 7 years ago, I reoriented myself to be able to investigate care through my hands. As an osteopath, I treat musculoskeletal and peripheral neurological disorders of mechanical origin. These mechanical problems have a cause! To find it, an initial discussion will allow me to know more about your pain (How did it appear? What are the characteristics of your pain?). We will take the time to explore your health and medical history. Following this, we will proceed to the physical, clinical and neurological examination supplemented by orthopedic tests in order to best identify the cause of the pain in an algo-mechanical logic. The succession of these stages will allow us to move on to osteopathic treatment and/or medical reorientation towards other specialties. If manipulation proves necessary, it will be carried out with your consent, in a safe manner and in a pain-free manner according to Dr. Robert Maigne. Kinésithérapeute Conventionné

Diplômé en kinésithérapie de l’Université Libre de Bruxelles, je me suis spécialisé en kinésithérapie du sport grâce à la formation Kinesport Expert, ainsi qu’en prise en charge musculo-squelettique.

Ma pratique repose sur une approche active et personnalisée, fondée sur des méthodes validées scientifiquement (EBP), afin d’assurer une récupération durable et de prévenir les récidives.

J’accompagne tout type de patient et de pathologie, en adaptant chaque prise en charge aux besoins et aux capacités de chacun.

J’accorde également une grande importance à l’éducation thérapeutique, convaincu que comprendre son corps est essentiel pour retrouver confiance en ses capacités et favoriser l’autonomie.

Le cabinet se situe au -1 de la maison, par un escalier avec deux rampes.

Located in Forest, on the border of Ixelles, St-Gilles and Uccle, Claire is oriented towards the care of musculoskeletal pain. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. She regularly trains and questions herself in order to provide her patients with treatments that are validated by the scientific community while being oriented by her own qualities as well as by the individuality of each patient. She transmits her knowledge to the patient and guides him/her in order to make him/her autonomous in his/her treatment and to keep the acquired knowledge beyond the consultation period.
