I understand during this same period that a global approach would not be possible without going through food. This is why I trained in Chinese Dietetics and Naturopathy. This has always guided me towards teachers who are part of traditional lineages such as Jan Janssen, Daniel Laurent, Alain Peyrache and Isabelle Padovani.
