Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Always driven by a search for truth, a need for coherence and a deep aspiration to live according to these two axes. I was first interested in Art and the Human Sciences as gateways to understanding the world. Je suis également formée au Pilates Matwork 1 ce qui me permet de vous proposer des exercices de revalidation doux afin de renforcer les muscles centraux et d'équilibrer le corps.
