Kenza Berkaine, Osteopath D.O., graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles after a training organized within the Faculty of Motor Sciences in partnership with the Faculty of Medicine. This medical, clinical and practical training allows me to understand my patients' ailments in a global way. In order to best adapt to the specific needs of each patient, I use muscular, articular, myofascial and/or visceral techniques. I have also trained in cupping, trigger point therapy, digipressure and Reiki energy treatments in order to add other tools to complement and/or adapt the proposed treatment. I am a member of the Professional Union of Osteopaths of Belgium, which guarantees a continuous training. I have always had a great interest in sports and horses. I am currently training in equine osteopathy. Je pratique la kinésithérapie traditionnelle pour tout traitement des traumatismes orthopédiques que ce soit en prévention, en curatif ou en rééducation/revalidation. Je suis aussi spécialiste en thérapie manuelle ostéopathique qui me permet de traiter les blocages biomécaniques (lumbago, torticolis et autres dysfonctions articulaires). Enfin, je forme les travailleurs à mieux gérer leur corps au travail grâce à l'ergonomie et plus précisément à l'ergomotricité pour les travailleurs physiques. J'ai acquis actuellement une expérience de plus de 4000 heures de cours.

Passionate about the human body and how it works, I seek to understand the needs of my patients in order to respond correctly to their expectations. Trained in general and sports osteopathy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, I use my knowledge of physiology and anatomy of the human body to treat your pain. I am also specialized in perinatal osteopathy which allows me to treat different disorders in newborns (reflux, non-synostotic plagiocephaly, breastfeeding disorders, torticollis, positional asymmetry, sleep disorders,... )

My outgoing, caring and passionate personality resonates with the philosophy of osteopathy which I decided to study for the human contact and the help to others through a hollistic approach to understand the origin of problems, to treat them and to avoid possible chronic injuries. Osteopathy, an alternative and traditional medicine, is a primary health care discipline and is therefore partially refunded by the mutual insurance company. I graduated in July 2022 from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in England and had the opportunity to study the human body and practice for 4 years. My training in England allowed me to learn the 3 bases of osteopathy such as the structural, the functional and the visceral and to put it into practice at the school's clinic where I was able to treat my patients for 2 years with supervision. These 1300 hours of clinical practice allowed me to acquire a wide range of techniques such as: articular, cranial, cranio-sacral, facial, myotensive, visceral, etc.. During my last year of master, I had the chance to specialise in pediatrics, perinatal and sports medicine. I had the exceptional opportunity to treat babies as young as a few weeks old, children and teenagers, pregnant women and post-partum, athletes and elderly people. Sportswoman and always interested in the human body and helping people, it was quite natural that I studied physiotherapy at the Leonard de Vinci high school. Graduating in 2022, I directly began a specialization in pelvi-perineology at UCL. Je vous reçois à la maison médicale de Genappe les mercredis et jeudis après-midi et en soirée, ainsi qu'un samedi sur 2. Je consulte également au cabinet Espace Santé à Lillois les mercredis matin et le vendredi après-midi et en soirée.
