Je m’appelle Laurine Bays et je suis diplômée en ostéopathie de l’université libre de Bruxelles. Grâce à cette formation de 6 ans, j’ai acquis les connaissances et la pratique nécessaires à la prise en charge sécurisée de mes patients. Je suis persuadée qu’une prise en charge pluridisciplinaire est un plus pour les patients. C’est la raison pour laquelle je collabore volontiers avec d’autres professionnels de la santé (médecins généralistes, gynécologues, pédiatres, sages-femmes, kinésithérapeutes, psychologues,…) Je prends en charge les adolescents, les adultes, les sportifs, les seniors. Qualified as a physiotherapist in 2013, I practiced in private practice for 5 years. I completed my skills with training in sports physiotherapy which allowed me to work within the medical staff of a football team and an indoor football team. I also have a diploma as a personal trainer with 3 years of experience in a gym. Having lived 4 years in Montreal as a therapist in a sports clinic, I was able to develop my skills in massage therapy. These new skills help me complete my overall patient care. My skills as a physiotherapist and personal trainer allow me to best support patients in their healing processes and reduce the risks of recurrence. My knowledge and experience allow me to treat a large number of pathologies affecting the musculoskeletal system (sprain, fracture, muscle damage, postural disorder, etc.). Calm and curious by nature, I will take the time to understand your needs as best as possible in order to find the best way to act on them.

En spécialisation de kinésithérapie sportive, j’associe bilans précis, exercices fonctionnels et conseils ciblés pour optimiser votre récupération.

Mon approche est basée sur l’écoute, la rigueur et l’accompagnement actif afin de vous aider à retrouver mobilité, confort et confiance dans vos mouvements.
