Médecin formé en Belgique, le Dr Behnam Talebipour est titulaire d’un doctorat en médecine (UCL, 1993), d’un diplôme de médecine du sport (UCL, 1995), détenteur d’une Maîtrise en médecine interne (activité de recherche) de Universidade Federal de Minais Gerais, Brésil (Clínica Médica – 2005) et d’un certificat de compétence en électrocardiogrammes. Fort d’une double expertise en médecine générale et en médecine sportive, il cumule plus de 30 ans d’expérience clinique entre la Belgique et le Brésil.

Il a exercé pendant près de 25 ans au sein du Minas Tênis Clube l’un des plus grands clubs sportifs d’Amérique latine en tant que médecin du sport, prenant en charge les athlètes amateurs et professionnels, notamment à travers des examens pré-participation et des tests d’effort, le suivi de la performance, la prévention des blessures et leur traitement en collaboration avec d’autre spécialités. Il a également été médecin généraliste pour le système de santé publique brésilien (SUS), assurant les soins de première ligne dans plusieurs centres de santé à Belo Horizonte. En parallèle, il a consulté comme indépendant au PHD Pace Hospital.

Depuis 2024, le Dr Talebipour a exercé à Bruxelles dans plusieurs maisons médicales, où il a assuré des soins de médecine générale. Il met à profit ses compétences en ECG, en médecine préventive et dans la prise en charge des pathologies cardiovasculaires et musculo-squelettiques liées au sport.
