Très vite, elle a été attirée par la kinésithérapie pour le contact humain et cet attrait du corps. Emilie Parent is a graduate of Parnasse-ISEI. She obtained a master's degree in physical therapy in 2020. She mainly treats orthopedic injuries (fractures, sports injuries, low back pain, ...) but is also qualified for neurological physiotherapy (post-stroke, tetra/para-plegia, Parkinson's, ...), cardiovascular physiotherapy as well as for all types of exercise training. She also practices Dry Needling to treat trigger points. She is also interested in peri-natal support.

Qualified as a physiotherapist in 2013, I practiced in private practice for 5 years. I completed my skills with training in sports physiotherapy which allowed me to work within the medical staff of a football team and an indoor football team. I also have a diploma as a personal trainer with 3 years of experience in a gym. Having lived 4 years in Montreal as a therapist in a sports clinic, I was able to develop my skills in massage therapy. These new skills help me complete my overall patient care. My skills as a physiotherapist and personal trainer allow me to best support patients in their healing processes and reduce the risks of recurrence. My knowledge and experience allow me to treat a large number of pathologies affecting the musculoskeletal system (sprain, fracture, muscle damage, postural disorder, etc.). Calm and curious by nature, I will take the time to understand your needs as best as possible in order to find the best way to act on them.

Diplômé en kinésithérapie de l’ULB, j’exerce depuis plus de 10 ans en tant que kinésithérapeute. Mon parcours professionnel m'a permis de développer des compétences solides dans la rééducation fonctionnelle et la prise en charge de patients souffrant de diverses pathologies.

Dans une démarche d'excellence et d'actualisation continue de mes compétences, je poursuis actuellement une formation en ostéopathie à l'International Academy of Osteopathy (IAO). Cette formation me permet d'intégrer une approche holistique à mes soins et d'enrichir mes techniques de traitement pour offrir à mes patients une prise en charge encore plus complète et personnalisée.

Osteopath Alice Ducarme graduated in 2013 from the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve with a degree in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation. She will finish her Osteopathy studies at the IAO (The International Academy Of Osteopathy) in January 2021. She receives her patients in consultation at the Ducarme-Gustin practice in Woluwé-Saint-Lambert every Monday, Tuesday morning, Thursday and Friday morning. On Tuesdays and Fridays mornings the consultations take place at the Montgomery Medical Center in Etterbeek.

I have a Master's degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation from the ULB with Great Distinction and I practice general physiotherapy. I am therefore able to provide you with care and to accompany you in your rehabilitation: orthopedic, geriatric, cardiological or neurological. For athletes, my experience in the field will also help you to return to competition in the best conditions. I am available at the office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8am to 4pm and on Saturdays from 10am to 2pm. J’accompagne également les femmes enceintes dans leur préparation à l’accouchement avec des exercices adaptés, favorisant bien-être et sérénité.
