Forte d’un bagage mixte de formations et d’expériences, j’ai toujours eu à coeur le bien-être de mes patients. 

Spécialisée en thérapie manuelle et en pathologies sportives, j’ai essentiellement évolué dans le milieu de la prise en charge des problématiques neuro-musculo-squelletiques en clinique sportive. 

Outre la thérapie manuelle, j’inclus au besoin dans ma pratique des techniques comme le crochetage (fibrolyse diacutanée), le dry needling ou le Mulligan.

My outgoing, caring and passionate personality resonates with the philosophy of osteopathy which I decided to study for the human contact and the help to others through a hollistic approach to understand the origin of problems, to treat them and to avoid possible chronic injuries. Osteopathy, an alternative and traditional medicine, is a primary health care discipline and is therefore partially refunded by the mutual insurance company. I graduated in July 2022 from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in England and had the opportunity to study the human body and practice for 4 years. My training in England allowed me to learn the 3 bases of osteopathy such as the structural, the functional and the visceral and to put it into practice at the school's clinic where I was able to treat my patients for 2 years with supervision. These 1300 hours of clinical practice allowed me to acquire a wide range of techniques such as: articular, cranial, cranio-sacral, facial, myotensive, visceral, etc.. During my last year of master, I had the chance to specialise in pediatrics, perinatal and sports medicine. I had the exceptional opportunity to treat babies as young as a few weeks old, children and teenagers, pregnant women and post-partum, athletes and elderly people. Doctor in General Medicine from UCL, I am a very versatile approved practitioner. With two years of experience at Médecins Sans Frontière in the field, I can respond to both acute and chronic health problems. I have a particular tropism for Mental Health and have skills to take care of both the youngest patients (on-call for the National Children's Office) and the oldest (management of a hospital Revalidation service) . I am open and have knowledge in various types of Alternative and Complementary Medicine. To summarize, I would call myself an “all-terrain” general practitioner. In terms of languages, I master French and English.

Listening to your requests, objectives, and attentive to detail, I use my knowledge to develop a treatment plan that suits you as much as possible. My practice includes exercise therapy as well as mobilization/manipulation work in order to be as complete as possible in my follow-up. I have always been attracted to the medical world and, more particularly, to everything related to movement. This is why I naturally turned to physical therapy.
