I understand during this same period that a global approach would not be possible without going through food. This is why I trained in Chinese Dietetics and Naturopathy. I attach a lot of importance to getting to the essence of things. This has always guided me towards teachers who are part of traditional lineages such as Jan Janssen, Daniel Laurent, Alain Peyrache and Isabelle Padovani. Which means that I in turn subscribe to these particular lineages which, as tradition dictates, go to the cause and not only to the symptom. Which places the person at the center. The guideline that will emerge through all my practices will always be to help humans find the right movement. Having never lost my initial intentions and convictions, today I put all my heart into pursuing them with the greatest fluidity possible.
