Which naturally led me to Chinese medicine, non-violent communication, and psycho-corporeal and energy therapy. In 2014 I began studies in Traditional Acupuncture and Energy Therapies. In 2017 I began offering my services as a therapist and around the same time I opened my own Aikido Dojo. I understand during this same period that a global approach would not be possible without going through food. This is why I trained in Chinese Dietetics and Naturopathy. I attach a lot of importance to getting to the essence of things. This has always guided me towards teachers who are part of traditional lineages such as Jan Janssen, Daniel Laurent, Alain Peyrache and Isabelle Padovani.
