Je m'appelle Jordi, espagnol d'origine, mais depuis quelques années installé sur Bruxelles!

Depuis toujours lié au corps, en premier temps en tant que Préparateur Physique dans différents domaines, puis du côté des soins de santé avec une vision du "corps en mouvement" (on est fait pour bouger).

L'importance d'une bonne anamnèse, d'une bonne réflexion autour de la personne, des problèmes qui se présentent, et bien comprendre le tout pour une meilleure prise en charge fait partie des priorités dans la prise en charge, pas seulement soulager, sinon essayer de trouver le problème de base (d'origine) et d'essayer de l'enlever et/ou le corriger.

Sports physiotherapist (BFSP-GOLD) and manual therapist (IFOMPT), I specialize in the management of back problems and sports-related conditions. My patients appreciate my attentive approach and commitment to their recovery. Member of the medical team of Ligue Belge Francophone d'Athlétisme, I am currently pursuing my doctoral thesis part-time at UCLouvain, focusing on manual therapy in the context of lateral ankle sprains.

With a master's degree in physical therapy and rehabilitation in 2012 at UCLouvain, I also trained in sports physical therapy, manual therapy and ortho-kinesis. I can help you to get rid of a crookedness problem or to perform electrotherapy, tecartherapy or lymphatic drainage. I also provide shockwave and ultrasound treatments. Je suis diplômé de la VUB (Vrije Univistiteit Brussel) avec un Master en Revalidation Sportive. J'ai acquis une expertise dans le traitement de diverses pathologies, y compris les problèmes musculo-squelettiques, les blessures sportives, et la réhabilitation

post-opératoire. J'utilise une variété de techniques, telles que la thérapie

manuelle, les exercices thérapeutiques et la rééducation fonctionnelle, tout en intégrant des conseils sur la prévention et le mode de vie.

Mon objectif est d'aider mes patients à retrouver leur mobilité et à améliorer leur qualité de vie.
