Clinical psychologist graduated in 2016 from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, I have since had the opportunity to work in several institutions welcoming people with various pathologies: autism, psychological disorders, dysphasia, deafness, etc. My professional experiences have been varied and rich in lessons. Mr. Jeromy Hrabovecky is a psychologist and neuropsychologist graduated from the Free University of Brussels. He specializes in emotions and mood, cognitive assessments and trauma. Holder of masters' degrees in Psychology, neuropsychology and Victimology and Psycho-traumatology, he will accompany you in his office located at Central Station, Rue des Colonnies 11.

Je suis psychologue clinicienne et psychothérapeute spécialisée en Thérapie Cognitive et Comportementale (TCC) et en hypnothérapie. Je prends en charge les enfants, adolescents et adultes confrontés à des difficultés anxieuses, traumatiques ou émotionnelles.

Ma pratique s'appuie sur des protocoles scientifiques validés, combinant la rigueur de la TCC pour traiter les phobies, les troubles paniques, les TOCs, les états de stress post-traumatique, etc avec les techniques d'hypnose Ericksonienne. Cette approche intégrative permet d'accéder aux ressources inconscientes et de renforcer l'efficacité du suivi.

Lors des premières consultations, nous procédons ensemble à un protocole structuré comprenant : une évaluation complète incluant des entretiens cliniques et l'utilisation d'outils validés. Sur cette base, nous définissons des objectifs thérapeutiques concrets et établissons un plan de traitement personnalisé, intégrant des techniques de TCC et si nécessaire, d'hypnose adaptées à votre situation. Nous faisons le point sur vos progrès et ajustons les techniques si besoin.

J’accueille les enfants, adolescents et jeunes adultes (de 10 à 23 ans) dans un espace d’écoute bienveillant, confidentiel et sans jugement.

J’accorde une attention particulière à la singularité de chaque parcours et à l’environnement dans lequel chacun évolue. Mon approche vise à offrir un lieu de parole et de compréhension, où il est possible d’exprimer ses difficultés, de mettre des mots sur ses émotions et de mobiliser ses ressources pour avancer.

Avec les enfants, les séances s’appuient sur la parole mais aussi sur différents supports tels que le jeu, le dessin ou le modelage. Ces médias favorisent une expression adaptée à leur âge, permettant une meilleure compréhension de leur vécu et un travail respectueux de leur rythme.

Brian Charbel graduated from the International Academy of Osteopathy as a D.O. Osteopath with high distinction in 2019. He began his career studying physical therapy at I.S.E.K. where he graduated in 2010 with high distinction. After specializing in traumatology and sports physiotherapy, he wanted to develop a more holistic approach to the body and first trained in manual therapy and Busquet Physiological Chains. He then went on to study osteopathy.

I am a clinical psychologist with a master’s degree from Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), and I work with adults facing emotional difficulties, low self-esteem, relationship issues, or repeated patterns that feel hard to change. In my practice, I use schema therapy — a method that helps people understand and change long-standing patterns that often come from unmet emotional needs earlier in life. I completed my basic training in Schema Therapy with the ISST (International Society of Schema Therapy), and I’m passionate about this approach. I also have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and I integrate tools from both approaches depending on each person’s needs. I aim to support people in breaking self-destructive cycles and building a more authentic, emotionally fulfilling life.

Klinik psikoloji yüksek lisans eğitimimi Brüksel'de Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB)’de tamamladım. Şema terapi, bireyin çocukluk döneminde gelişen duygusal ihtiyaçlarının yeterince karşılanmaması sonucu oluşan ve bugün ilişkilerini, düşünce biçimini ve yaşam döngülerini etkileyen kalıpları anlamasına ve dönüştürmesine yardımcı olur. Bu yaklaşım üzerine ISST (Uluslararası Şema Terapi Derneği) onaylı temel eğitimimi tamamladım. Ayrıca Bilişsel Davranışçı Terapi (BDT) alanında da eğitim aldım ve bu iki yöntemi kişinin ihtiyaçlarına göre entegre bir şekilde kullanıyorum.
