Mr. Jeromy Hrabovecky is a psychologist and neuropsychologist graduated from the Free University of Brussels. He specializes in emotions and mood, cognitive assessments and trauma. Holder of a master's degree in Psychology, neuropsychology and Victimology and Psycho-traumatology, he will accompany you in his office located on Rue Jean Morjau, Anderlecht. You can also find it through this academic research on the influence of emotions on the feeling of agency.

Why see a psychologist? Throughout our lives, we are confronted with numerous difficulties that can arise at a personal, relational and/or professional level. I have been a physical therapist since 1982, an osteopath in 1994 and a hypnotherapist since 2019. I am also a former trainer in specialization in the following institutions: SERK, CREA, ISCAM, SOFCOK, PARNASSE, BELSO, VALIDA. Punctual, I practice in Berchem-Sainte-Agathe at my private practice, the Centre Didier Abattucci D.O. (Zenithstraat 63). As a hypnotherapist specialized in hypnosis, in specialized kinesiology (with many specializations) and in osteopathy, I practice in a healthy and recovery-friendly environment. Psychologue clinicienne agréée, je reçois des adultes en individuel, en couple ou accompagné de leurs proches dans un cadre chaleureux, sécurisant et bienveillant. Ma pratique est « intégrative » : je m’appuie sur le courant systémique et l’approche humaniste, tout en y ajoutant des outils TCCE et de l’hypnose en fonction de vos besoins. Je travaille également beaucoup avec les émotions, la thérapie ACT et différents médias (livre, image, vidéo, métaphore, Dixit, ...).

Le principe essentiel dans ma rencontre avec vous est la co-construction : vous êtes le mieux placé pour savoir ce que vous vivez et ressentez et je me positionne comme une aide à votre propre exploration. Je vois mon métier comme l’accompagnement de mes patients dans la compréhension et l’appropriation de leur existence, ainsi que dans leurs propres transformations. C’est pourquoi une séance avec moi est un véritable échange et non pas une discussion à sens unique.

Mes domaines de prédilection sont les questions existentielles, le rapport aux autres, la gestion des émotions, l’assertivité et confiance en soi ainsi que les troubles de l'humeur et le burnout professionnel.
