Je m'appelle Victoria, je suis psychologue clinicienne formée à la Psychologie Clinique et à la Psychopathologie chez l'adulte et l'adolescent.

Par ma formation, je propose un accompagnement individualisé, centré sur le patient et son confort avec une approche intégrative inspirée de la psychanalyse et de mon expérience en contextes hospitaliers.

Je tend à offrir un espace sécurisé pour se comprendre, s'apprendre et évoluer à travers les différentes étapes de la vie.

Concentré dans la gestion de vagues émotionnelles qu'elles soient dues à une évolution personnelle ou contextuelle, l'espace proposé ici se veut un espace d'accueil et de bienveillance.

Consultations individuelles pour Adolescents ( de 13 à 18) et Adultes qui souhaitent un accompagnement dans la bienveillance et la compassion.

L'accompagnement peut se faire en cabinet ainsi qu'en visioconférence à la convenance du patient.

I am a clinical psychologist, trained in victimology and psycho-traumatology and in continuing education in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. In parallel to my consultation, I work in the Mental Health Service of the Province of Brabant Wallon in Tubize with adults and adolescents. As a person and a psychologist, I have always valued listening and empathy. Thus, the welcome and the non-judgmental attitude that I guarantee to my patients, allow me to create a secure relationship with them, characterized by benevolence. My practice is characterized by the use of various tools such as relaxation, anchoring and self-hypnosis techniques. The patient can learn to use these tools to work through his or her emotions and experience them more serenely. The establishment of a trusting and collaborative relationship between the patient and myself is essential in order for us to work together. In this way, the support that I will offer the patient will allow him/her to have a space where he/she can free his/her speech and verbalize his/her emotions, so that we can make sense of what he/she is going through. The change that the patient wants to achieve and the setting of objectives according to his initial request, as well as the realization of new experiences in a secure place, will be at the center of the care that I propose to offer him.

Clinical, social and intercultural psychologist with a psychoanalytic approach.

Topics covered (non exhaustive list): 

• Difficulties with socialization, relationships, dropping out, withdrawal, disengagement, overwork/burnout, and dependencies/addictions. 
• Adapting to a new environment (particularly cultural or linguistic), social integration.
• Existential questions/general unease: separation anxiety, somatization (sleep problems, stomachaches), unexplained anxiety or sadness.

Je suis psychologue clinicienne agréée, et j'accueille adolescent.es (à partir de 15 ans) et adultes au centre Evidence-psy, à Ixelles.

Je vous reçois pour des problématiques d'anxiété, de burn out, de mal être, de difficultés relationnelles et/ou familiales, pour des questionnements liés à votre parentalité.

Je suis en cours de formation en EMDR, je peux actuellement vous accueillir pour des traumas simples (non chroniques ou relationnel).

Je vous accueille dans un cadre bienveillant, confidentiel et sans jugement, où nous allons évoluer ensemble dans le travail thérapeutique, en fonction de vos demandes et besoins. Ma pratique se veut inclusive pour toustes. C’est un espace queer friendly.

Je facture chaque séance 65€ pour 45/50minutes. Une partie peut être prise en charge par votre mutuelle, selon ses conditions. Le paiement se fait par QR/virement.

En cas d'annulation ou modification, merci de m'avertir au minimum 24h à l'avance. Dans le cas contraire je me réserve le droit de vous facturer la séance.
