Met 20 jaar ervaring in atletiek op hoog niveau heb ik niet alleen geleerd wat het betekent om te presteren, maar blijf ik zelf ook actief zoeken naar nieuwe sportieve uitdagingen. Deze ervaring en mijn liefde voor sport zet ik in om anderen te helpen hun eigen doelen te bereiken.

Mijn opleiding voedings- en dieetkunde volgde ik aan de UCLL in Leuven, waarna ik me verder heb gespecialiseerd in de sportvoeding aan de HAN University of Applied Science en heb ik ook het ISAK Level 1-certificaat behaald in Nijmegen. Ook heb ik mijn kennis rond sportvoeding verder verdiept bij de Barça Innovation Hub Universitas. Omdat ik geloof in de kracht van voortdurende ontwikkeling, blijf ik me jaarlijks bijscholen om up-to-date te blijven in dit vakgebied.

Diplômée depuis 1992 de l'institut Paul Lambin (Haute Ecole Léonard de Vinci), je pratique en milieu hospitalier principalement en pneumologie, soins intensifs et diabétologie mais assure le suivi également des autres pathologies. Je prends le temps de vous faire comprendre votre maladie, son mode de fonctionnement et les adaptations alimentaires qui en découlent. J'élabore avec votre collaboration un plan alimentaire réaliste et durable. Je peux vous accompagner pour une perte de poids, pour un équilibrage alimentaire, pour adapter votre alimentation en fonction de trouble métabolique (diabète, insulinorésistance, hypoglycémie réactionnelle...), de problèmes cardiaques (HTA, hypercholestérolémie...) , de troubles digestifs (gastriques, hépatiques, intestinaux), d'intolérance alimentaire (lactose, gluten)... Ostéopathe D.O., je suis diplômée d'un cursus de six années d'études à l’Université Libre de Bruxelles. Au cours de celles-ci, j’ai développé une véritable passion pour la périnatalité et la pédiatrie. J’ai eu l’opportunité de rédiger deux mémoires sur l’impact du traitement ostéopathique sur les troubles de l’allaitement, ce qui a renforcé mon intérêt pour ces domaines.

Sensible au bien-être des femmes enceintes et à l’accompagnement post-partum, j’accorde une attention particulière à leur prise en charge. Mon objectif est de continuer à me spécialiser dans ces domaines, tant cette année que tout au long de ma carrière. Ainsi, dans un avenir proche, je serai à même de soulager vos petits bouts.
