Je suis psychologue clinicienne et psychothérapeute spécialisée en Thérapie Cognitive et Comportementale (TCC) et en hypnothérapie. Je prends en charge les enfants, adolescents et adultes confrontés à des difficultés anxieuses, traumatiques ou émotionnelles.

Ma pratique s'appuie sur des protocoles scientifiques validés, combinant la rigueur de la TCC pour traiter les phobies, les troubles paniques, les TOCs, les états de stress post-traumatique, etc avec les techniques d'hypnose Ericksonienne.
