Hello, I am an approved and supervised clinical psychologist, with a master’s degree from the Free University of Brussels. Trained in the impact of the COVID pandemic, in supporting people experiencing burnout and in psychological assessments, I offer follow-up in French or English to adults and teenagers. My therapeutic approach is intended to be inclusive and active both in listening and in discussions, it is part of an integrative approach and adapts to your pace. Alexandra Dimitropoulou est psychologue depuis 2023, spécialisée en psychologie clinique et en psychopathologie. Elle a étudié à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles, où elle a obtenu son master en psychologie clinique. Elle est par ailleurs certifiée en victimologie et en psychotraumatologie ainsi qu’en psychiatrie en âge de transition (16-23 ans). Soucieuse du bien-être et passionnée par l’étude et l’analyse du comportement humain, elle part du vécu singulier de chaque patient et propose des consultations psychologiques individuelles pour adultes dans le cadre de la prise en charge du burnout, des troubles de l’humeur (trouble dépressif), troubles anxieux et trouble de stress post-traumatique.
