Therapy is only available in French I have been an analytically oriented psychotherapist for several years in Brussels, more precisely in Laeken. I did a 3 year training in a recognized and official organization in Belgium. I am still training today. I have done a long personal analytical work of several years. With my patients, I work in depth on the link between the crisis of the moment (what brings the patient to consult, what we call the symptom) and his history in order to be able to interrupt this cycle of repetition. At the beginning of the therapeutic follow-up, there are first preliminary interviews in order to analyze your request, to get to know you and to consider if a collaboration is possible between you and me. These interviews vary between 2 and 3 sessions, they are a first contact. They are important in the sense that they allow you to know if you feel heard. It will also be an opportunity for you and me to reflect on the therapeutic work that we will do together. I am particularly keen that the patient is an actor and active in his or her work, which I believe is a source of real progress. I listen to your symptoms while trying to understand their meaning in the moment. It goes without saying that the confidentiality of the interviews is of the utmost importance. I welcome all types of patients in psychological suffering.

Şema terapi, bireyin çocukluk döneminde gelişen duygusal ihtiyaçlarının yeterince karşılanmaması sonucu oluşan ve bugün ilişkilerini, düşünce biçimini ve yaşam döngülerini etkileyen kalıpları anlamasına ve dönüştürmesine yardımcı olur. Bu yaklaşım üzerine ISST (Uluslararası Şema Terapi Derneği) onaylı temel eğitimimi tamamladım. Ayrıca Bilişsel Davranışçı Terapi (BDT) alanında da eğitim aldım ve bu iki yöntemi kişinin ihtiyaçlarına göre entegre bir şekilde kullanıyorum.

Le but de cet espace de travail thérapeutique consiste à identifier et à déconsolider les schémas de pensée négatifs afin de construire de nouveaux modes de pensée plus réalistes ou plus confortables. Il s’agit d’une co-construction de certains outils et techniques efficaces en cas de souffrance psychologique : dépression, anxiété, crise d’angoisse, estime de soi, évènement de vie compliqué, difficultés relationnelles, changements, addictions, burn-out, troubles obsessionnels compulsifs, phobies, etc. La co-construction permet à la personne souhaitant entreprendre un travail thérapeutique d’acquérir une autonomie dans la gestion de son bien-être psychologique. Mon approche de travail s’oriente selon les techniques de la thérapie cognitivo-comportementale (TCC) qui permettent de construire des stratégies d’adaptation et de résolution de problème et de travailler la régulation émotionnelle.
