Je prône une étroite collaboration entre le kinésithérapeute et le patient afin d'arriver ensemble à retrouver et/ou améliorer vos capacités, réduire vos douleurs et améliorer votre quotidien. Le tout dans une ambiance dynamique, sans jugement et décontractée. Je suis formé en thérapie manuelle, crochetage et drainage lymphatique. PS : Toute annulation d'un rendez-vous moins de 24H à l'avance est susceptible d'être facturée.

The university training that I followed allows me to have a clinical and practical background adequate to the needs and the accompaniment of my patients. My outgoing, caring and passionate personality resonates with the philosophy of osteopathy which I decided to study for the human contact and the help to others through a hollistic approach to understand the origin of problems, to treat them and to avoid possible chronic injuries. I graduated in July 2022 from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in England and had the opportunity to study the human body and practice for 4 years. Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.
