Dr. Dimitri Tsepelidis completed his training and specialization at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). He also practices at the Jules Bordet Institute in Brussels in the field of breast and cervico-facial reconstruction. Dr. Dimitri Tsepelidis provides consultations in the field of facial surgery, breast reconstruction, post-bariatric surgery, liposuction, etc...

Le Dr Vanessa Marron Mendes est spécialisée en chirurgie plastique, reconstructrice et esthétique. Diplômée en médecine (2011) et en chirurgie plastique (2018) de l’Université Libre de Bruxelles, elle a complété sa formation spécialisée au sein de l’Hôpital Erasme jusqu'en 2023.

De 2018 à début 2025, elle a également exercé au sein de l’Hôpital Civil Marie Curie, où elle a contribué activement au développement de la chirurgie mammaire reconstructrice, en particulier dans le cadre de la Clinique du Sein, en collaboration étroite avec l’équipe de sénologie.

Elle exerce actuellement au CHIREC Braine-l’Alleud – Waterloo, où elle occupe la fonction de cheffe du service de chirurgie plastique, ainsi qu’en cabinet privé à Braine-l’Alleud. Son activité se concentre sur la chirurgie mammaire (reconstructrice et esthétique), la chirurgie post-bariatrique, la microchirurgie, ainsi que la chirurgie et médecine esthétique du visage et du corps.

Le Dr. Mendes dispose d’une expertise particulière en reconstruction mammaire par prothèses, lambeaux (DIEP), lipofilling et techniques combinées. Elle participe activement au développement de la Clinique du Sein du CHIREC de Braine-l'Alleud, en collaboration avec l’équipe de sénologie.

Elle est également maître de stage pour la formation des candidats spécialistes en chirurgie plastique à l'ULB et s’investit dans l’enseignement, la recherche clinique, ainsi que dans l’organisation d’événements scientifiques.

Elle est membre de la Société Royale Belge de Chirurgie Plastique et participe régulièrement à des congrès nationaux et internationaux.

Dr. Basmacioglu is a plastic and cosmetic surgeon specializing in plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery and reconstructive surgery. He has been practicing as a surgeon since he graduated in 2001. He welcomes you to the City-Clinic Chirec Louise located in Ixelles, Avenue Louise 235B. His consultations are conducted in French, English and Dutch. Practicing since 1995, he receives his patients by appointment for laser hair removal, breast reduction, gynecomastia, abdominoplasty and various other consultations which are detailed below.

Doctor Alexandru Paun, Plastic Surgeon, studied medicine at the “Carol Davila” University in Bucharest. During his specialized training in Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery, he completed internships at the University Hospitals of Strasbourg (France), University Clinics of Bucharest, Saint-Pierre University Hospital Center in Brussels (Saint-Pierre University Hospital) and at the Saint-Pierre University Hospital Center of Luxembourg (CHL). Still within the framework of his assistantship, Dr Paun participates and successfully completes French university courses such as the University Diploma in Microsurgery (CHRU Strasbourg) and that of Surgical Anatomy of Lambeaux (CHU Bordeaux), allowing him to update and to perfect the theoretical and practical knowledge essential to Reconstructive Surgery. Passionate about Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine, Doctor Paun carries out Fellowships notably at Cronos Med (Bucharest) and Akademikliniken (Stockholm), considered to be world reference centers in the field. Trained with the best European surgeons, he developed a particular interest in breast, silhouette and facial aesthetic surgery. He participates in numerous international congresses of plastic and aesthetic surgery.
