I specialise in sleep disorders and difficulties related to sexuality, including sexual orientation, gender identity, and relationship problems. I offer caring and inclusive psychological support (LGBTQIA+), adapted to your specific needs.

My practice is based on cognitive-behavioral and emotional therapies, such as ACT therapy (acceptance and commitment therapy) and schema therapy, to help you build a more fulfilled and balanced life. My approach is centered on individuals and couples, with the aim of promoting your well-being and personal development. 

As a clinical psychologist with a degree from the ULB, I offer a caring and reassuring framework to accompany any person experiencing discomfort, questions or symptoms. Although my approach is mainly analytical, I consider the treatment as an active collaboration between the psychologist and the consultant. Thus, I sometimes use concepts and tools from other approaches (systemic and ttc) in order to adapt my practice to the individuality of the person. I receive teenagers and adults individually for 45 minutes, either for a one-time meeting or for a long-term follow-up.

Why see a psychologist? Throughout our lives, we are confronted with numerous difficulties that can arise at a personal, relational and/or professional level. It can happen that we feel overwhelmed and powerless in the face of these difficulties, and in such cases it can be beneficial to consult a psychologist. Consulting a psychologist can also be a way of working on yourself and getting to know yourself better. Being accompanied by a professional gives you an outside perspective and helps to identify and work on recurrent patterns in your life. I offer individual consultations in French, Dutch or English. An initial contact will enable us to get to know each other and to define your needs and objectives together. Then, a therapeutic follow-up can be set up to pursue these objectives.

Chaque entretien est une rencontre particulière et unique durant laquelle je vous accompagne dans l’expression de votre vécu, des charges encombrantes ou des contenus subjectifs, tout en respectant votre rythme. Le travail se fait dans une démarche collaborative où nous analysons ensemble votre demande, définissons des objectifs et établissons des moyens à mettre en œuvre. L’objectif est que vous puissiez vous réapproprier votre vie, vous sentir mieux dans votre peau, vivre en harmonie avec vous-même et votre entourage. Mon approche vise à vous considérer dans votre singularité et dans votre globalité. En tenant compte de mon orientation clinique, il s’agira ainsi de situer les problèmes dans un contexte plus large, de prendre en compte les facteurs qui les maintiennent ainsi que la fonction qu’ils peuvent avoir.

J’accorde également une grande importance aux formations continues, supervisions et intervisions.
