I am a clinical psychologist, trained in victimology and psycho-traumatology and in continuing education in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. In parallel to my consultation, I work in the Mental Health Service of the Province of Brabant Wallon in Tubize with adults and adolescents. As a person and a psychologist, I have always valued listening and empathy. Thus, the welcome and the non-judgmental attitude that I guarantee to my patients, allow me to create a secure relationship with them, characterized by benevolence. My practice is characterized by the use of various tools such as relaxation, anchoring and self-hypnosis techniques. The patient can learn to use these tools to work through his or her emotions and experience them more serenely. The establishment of a trusting and collaborative relationship between the patient and myself is essential in order for us to work together. In this way, the support that I will offer the patient will allow him/her to have a space where he/she can free his/her speech and verbalize his/her emotions, so that we can make sense of what he/she is going through. The change that the patient wants to achieve and the setting of objectives according to his initial request, as well as the realization of new experiences in a secure place, will be at the center of the care that I propose to offer him.

Ms. Kints is a psychologist with over 10 years of experience. She is a clinical psychologist and offers consultations for children, adolescents, adults and seniors. She has a degree in psychology obtained in 2000, as well as a diploma of complementary studies obtained in 2001. She is also specialized as a family and couple therapist. She is a member of several associations and also performs psychotherapy thanks to her various trainings. With more than 10 years of experience in family planning and in private practice, she will be happy to receive you and help you during the consultations she offers in her private practice in Braine-Le-Château.

Cynthia Delville is a clinical psychologist (UCLouvain) and psychotherapist in brief systemic therapy and humanistic approach. She is trained in Ericksonian hypnosis, hippotherapy and art therapy. Throughout her career, she proposes a plural space with verbal and psycho-corporal approaches and the work of emotion regulation. Creative media, movement and dance are approached to facilitate personal expression and access to resources. As a hippotherapist, Cynthia also offers consultations in the observation of the relationship with the horse and in nature. She accompanies with flexibility in order to find the introspective images that will encourage inner reconnection: to oneself, to others and to the body.

Psychologue clinicienne agréée par la commission des psychologues, diplômée de l'UCL, j'ai ensuite effectué un troisième cycle en psychothérapie systémique (ULB) afin d'avoir une vision plus large des différents systèmes dans lesquels toute personne peut être amenée à évoluer. Je propose de mettre à votre disposition un espace d'écoute, de bienveillance et de co-construction afin de vous accompagner au mieux quel que soit la problématique que vous pouvez rencontrer. Je vous propose un accompagnement sur des thématiques telles que le stress, la gestion des émotions, le manque de confiance ou d'estime de soi, les difficultés relationnelles, le deuil, etc...

Psychologue clinicienne d’orientation systémique, je propose des thérapies individuelles pour les enfants, les adolescents et les jeunes adultes. Je suis depuis toujours passionnée par l’enfant et la place qu’il occupe au sein de sa famille et de son environnement. Dès lors, je rencontre des patients présentant différentes souffrances émotionnelles telles que des angoisses, des problèmes relationnels intra-familiales (conflits, séparation, pertes, traumas, …) et/ou avec les paires, des problèmes liés à l’image de soi et/ou des autres, des troubles alimentaires, des troubles du sommeil, etc. Ma porte d’entrée pour un échange thérapeutique avec les petits patients se fait par le jeu, les dessins, les images et les mises en scène. Une observation et une écoute bienveillante de ces enfants me permettent d’approcher la compréhension de ces derniers et de leur monde ainsi que les liens qu’ils entretiennent avec leur famille, l’école et les difficultés qu’ils rencontrent. L’objectif thérapeutique avec les adolescents et les jeunes adultes est d’ouvrir un espace de parole sécurisant et créatif permettant l’expression du vécu émotionnel en toute liberté et confidentialité. Le cheminement progressif du suivi et la mobilisation des ressources du patient vise dès lors une réappropriation des clefs d’un bien-être psychologique.
