Dit met een thesis over heart rate variability (HRV) die ik verdedigde voor een internationale jury. Elk jaar volg ik bijscholingen en andere aanvullende cursussen. Van een osteopaat D.O. wordt verwacht dat hij jaarlijks minstens één postgraduaat opleiding volgt. Dit om op de hoogte te blijven van nieuwe inzichten of behandelingswijzen.

Naast osteopathie pas ik ook toegepaste kinesiologie (AK) toe, een diagnostische methode die gebruik maakt van spiertesten om functionele verstoringen in het lichaam op te sporen.
