Je suis aussi capable de vous procurer des soins afin de vous libérer des douleurs lombaires (dos) et cervicales (cou). Dans ma pratique quotidienne, je place le patient au centre de traitement et l'encourage à être acteur de son propre traitement. Je propose des séances qui s'adaptent à vos besoins. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. She regularly trains and questions herself in order to provide her patients with treatments that are validated by the scientific community while being oriented by her own qualities as well as by the individuality of each patient. She transmits her knowledge to the patient and guides him/her in order to make him/her autonomous in his/her treatment and to keep the acquired knowledge beyond the consultation period.

I graduated in Kinesitherapy and Rehabilitation from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2021. In addition to general and ortho-traumatic kinesitherapy, I also practice manual therapy and posturology. I am also following a specialized training in sports physiotherapy since August in order to improve my skills in this field. I have been practicing sports since I was very young, and as a former karate teacher in an international school and black belt (2nd dan) I am passionate about sports and its effects. My ability to listen and my human skills have been recognized by my teachers, I make it a point of honor to make your health my priority. Sessions can be conducted in several languages, including Italian, English, French and Spanish.

Sports physiotherapist (BFSP-GOLD) and manual therapist (IFOMPT), I specialize in the management of back problems and sports-related conditions.
