Having obtained a master's degree in physical education at the Free University of Brussels, I naturally moved towards physiotherapy and rehabilitation, a discipline in which I graduated in 2022. While working, I undertook a specialization master's degree in sports physiotherapy in order to combine the two professions. This concluded positively in 2023. The different skills acquired allow me, if necessary, to offer my patients a specific rehabilitation program. Avec plus de 10 ans d’expérience en massothérapie, j’ai choisi de me former en ostéopathie à l'université libre de Bruxelles pour enrichir ma pratique et vous proposer une prise en charge encore plus complète. Diplômé en kinésithérapie de l’Université libre de Bruxelles, je prends en charge les douleurs musculo‑squelettiques, la rééducation pré/post‑opératoire, les troubles de la marche, les troubles posturaux, la gériatrie et la kinésithérapie respiratoire.

En spécialisation de kinésithérapie sportive, j’associe bilans précis, exercices fonctionnels et conseils ciblés pour optimiser votre récupération.

Mon approche est basée sur l’écoute, la rigueur et l’accompagnement actif afin de vous aider à retrouver mobilité, confort et confiance dans vos mouvements.

Je m'appelle Jordi, espagnol d'origine, mais depuis quelques années installé sur Bruxelles!

Depuis toujours lié au corps, en premier temps en tant que Préparateur Physique dans différents domaines, puis du côté des soins de santé avec une vision du "corps en mouvement" (on est fait pour bouger).

L'importance d'une bonne anamnèse, d'une bonne réflexion autour de la personne, des problèmes qui se présentent, et bien comprendre le tout pour une meilleure prise en charge fait partie des priorités dans la prise en charge, pas seulement soulager, sinon essayer de trouver le problème de base (d'origine) et d'essayer de l'enlever et/ou le corriger.
