I have a master's degree in physical therapy from the HEPH in Condorcet and have followed a training in respiratory physiotherapy. I practice general, orthopedic, traumatological and respiratory physiotherapy. As a sportswoman and musician since I was very young, I quickly understood the importance of a good physical condition. Having graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy, I decided to complete my training with a specialized master's degree in the management of musculoskeletal disorders and with a university certificate in manual therapy this year. I have a great interest in musculoskeletal pathologies (joints, muscles, etc.) as well as sports-related pathologies, in connection with my passion for physical activity and more specifically for dance! For more than ten years, I have been practicing breaking (or breakdancing), a physical discipline with an artistic and creative aspect. It was therefore quite natural that I turned to physiotherapy, which focuses on movements and the body in a similar way to dance. Thanks to my experience as a dancer combined with my clinical practice, I will make every effort to offer treatments adapted to each patient according to their needs and desires, based on the best scientific evidence available. Je prends en charge tous troubles de l’appareil neuro-musculo-squelettique (« blocage », torticolis, cervicalgie, lombalgie, sciatique, tendinite, entorse, douleurs à la mâchoire…), que le contexte soit aigu ou chronique. Je reçois aussi bien les enfants, les adultes, les sportifs, les femmes enceintes que les seniors. J’accorde une grande importance à la communication, l’écoute du patient, le tout à travers une démarche bienveillante, médicale, critique et scientifique.

Je propose une prise en charge personnalisée pour :

- Douleurs articulaires et musculaires : épaule, hanche, genou, cheville, dos, nuque

- Rééducation post-opératoire et traumatologique

Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

Je suis spécialisé dans les troubles musculo-squelettiques, particulièrement les douleurs de dos et de nuque. Mais également la kinésithérapie générale, le traitements tendinopathies, entorses, rééducation post-opératoire, ... 

Je suis kinésithérapeute conventionné à Louvain-La-Neuve, diplômé de l'UCLouvain, actuellement en formation dans un master complémentaire en musculo-squelettique. Je suis passionné de breakdance et de danse, dont l'analyse du mouvement m'apporte une vision critique qui enrichit ma pratique thérapeutique.

Par une thérapie centrée sur le patient, notre objectif sera de restaurer votre fonction optimale, réduire la douleur et prévenir les récidives grâce à un programme de soins que nous élaborons ensemble.

Kiné général conventionné. Je m'occupe principalement des pathologies musculo-squelettiques liées à un trauma, une opération ou de la surcharge.

Etant également kiné à l'Institut Jules Bordet, je prends en charge toutes pathologies liées au cancer. Aussi bien pendant le traitement qu'après une opération.
