Located in Forest, on the border of Ixelles, St-Gilles and Uccle, Claire is oriented towards the care of musculoskeletal pain. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. She regularly trains and questions herself in order to provide her patients with treatments that are validated by the scientific community while being oriented by her own qualities as well as by the individuality of each patient. She transmits her knowledge to the patient and guides him/her in order to make him/her autonomous in his/her treatment and to keep the acquired knowledge beyond the consultation period.

Animée par une grande soif d'apprentissage et une passion pour le domaine de la santé, j'ai entrepris une formation en kinésithérapie afin de compléter mon parcours d'ergothérapeute.

Je suis conventionnée. J’exerce à domicile mais également dans le Cabinet médical du Transvaal : métro 5, tram 8. Parking facile (accès par l'arrière du bâtiment).

Ostéopathe D.O. diplômée de l’Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), je suis spécialisée en ostéopathie générale, pédiatrie et périnatalité (OsteoStructure) et passionnée par l’accompagnement des tout-petits et des futures mamans. My work as a sports physiotherapist covers all the pathologies associated with sporting activities, with the aim of preventing and treating injuries to joints and muscles, as well as postoperative injuries. I have a wealth of experience working in sports clubs (football, boxing, triathlon, surfing, etc.) and I help my patients to get back into shape and improve their well-being, whether they are top-level sportsmen and women or amateurs. I work with people of all ages and rub shoulders with many professional and amateur sportspeople. My role is to help you get back into sport and competition.

Graduated from a Master in Osteopathy (M.Ost) at the European School of Osteopathy in 2019 in England, I worked for 4 years in various practices before moving back to Belgium. I provide personalised treatments to help with multiple complains (musculoskeletal, articular, visceral, headache,...) and guide patients towards finding a better quality of life. I work in collaboration with my patients and will adapt to their individual needs and preferences. I always take into consideration the body as a whole including the emotional aspect. My appointments are open for people of all ages - children, pregnant woman, elderly, etc. Always curious to improve my practice, I regularly attend training in different specialities to keep up to date with science and to continue to increase my expertise. Having done my studies in English as well as working in England for a few years, I am more than happy to see any non-French speaking patient and will be able to communicate easily
