Passionate about sports, I hold a Master's degree in Kinesitherapy and am able to take care of all your musculoskeletal disorders (tendinopathies, fractures, muscle injuries, sprains, ...), neurological, respiratory or other, as well as to accompany you during a post-operative rehabilitation. I am also trained in lymphatic and manual drainage, and am currently training in sports physiotherapy. My consultations take place on Monday mornings, Tuesday mornings, Thursday mornings and Friday mornings at the City Clinic, Avenue Louise, and I will be happy to welcome you.

Trained in muscular and physiological chains according to the Busquet method, my practice is based on touch and dialogue. It is aimed at adults, adolescents and children who have chronic pain, the cause of which is often unknown: neck pain, lower back pain, headaches, chronic fatigue, etc. Using a combined approach of words and touch, we will investigate to understand and resolve blockages in the body: touch to release body tensions, and dialogue to bring to light the words hidden by the ailments. At your own pace and with respect for everyone. Body work is global, from the feet to the head. My steps also led me to pediatrics. I offer care focused on the concepts of baby Busquet muscle chains, pediatric manual therapy, as well as free motor skills. The little one's sleep is also regularly at the heart of parents' concerns. With a Master's degree in Physiotherapy, my recent training and my various professional experiences allow me to approach the most recent care techniques with maturity and professionalism in order to ensure an optimal functional and sports recovery in the respect, safety and well-being of the patient. The treatments cover orthopedic rehabilitation as well as respiratory physiotherapy (adult and child), geriatric or sports physiotherapy, with a particular emphasis on explaining the pathologies, treatment and prevention. Physiotherapist qualified in 2001, I followed some training to complete my knowledge but eager to know more I followed the osteopathy training of the C.B.O. I have been part of TEAM BELGIUM since 2008 and participate in various high-level sporting events such as the Olympics, YOG, EYOF, EG, WG. I like to follow, understand, support and advise patients in their rehabilitation. My focus is orthopedics and musculoskeletal injuries. I really enjoy working on the shoulders because it is a complex joint with extremely varied treatments. I take care of both athletic and non-athlete patients, adapting to the patient's requirements regarding the level of rehabilitation or rehabilitation to be achieved.

After graduating from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, I now work at Bsports Health, a health center that distinguishes itself by its holistic approach to patient care. During my university studies, I had the chance to work in the same center as a coach. Thus, I was able to develop many skills in the field of fitness. In order to optimize my care, I am currently training in manual therapy and crocheting. In addition, I keep up to date with the scientific literature in order to provide my patients with adequate treatment. My goal is to do everything in my power to help my patients regain their function and relieve their pain.
