Benjamin Pierre has been working since graduation in multidisciplinary centers where he has the opportunity to collaborate with multiple health professionals, which allows for a very comprehensive and secure care. He quickly turned to orthopedic and sports physiotherapy, which he is passionate about. General physiotherapy and cardiac rehabilitation are also part of his daily practice.

Passionnée par le bien-être et la rééducation, je suis également sportive, adepte de Pilates, et cavalière passionnée. Passionné par mon métier et exerçant depuis bientôt 8 ans, je me suis spécialisé en kiné du sport. Je vous accompagne dans votre rééducation, dans la prévention de vos blessures, et dans l’optimisation de vos performances afin de vous aider à atteindre vos objectifs.

Je m’intéresse plus particulièrement aux pathologies spécifiques en course à pied, au trail mais également aux sports collectifs comme le basket-ball et le football. Vous pouvez me retrouver sur le terrain où j’encadre l’équipe de football du Sporting Brussels.

Suivant depuis 4 ans une formation complémentaire en ostéopathie, j’aime approcher le patient dans sa globalité afin de fournir une prise en charge ciblée et individuelle, le tout dans la bonne humeur.

I graduated in physiotherapy in France in 2011. During my professional career, I have specialised in different fields (sports rehabilitation, urogynaecology, respiratory...). These specialisations have allowed me to acquire know-how and to develop my skills. The passion I have for my work, my professional experience and my various training courses enable me to respond to the problems and needs encountered by patients. My therapeutic approach is rigorous, educational, dynamic and respectful of all.

Kenza Berkaine, Osteopath D.O., graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles after a training organized within the Faculty of Motor Sciences in partnership with the Faculty of Medicine. This medical, clinical and practical training allows me to understand my patients' ailments in a global way. In order to best adapt to the specific needs of each patient, I use muscular, articular, myofascial and/or visceral techniques. I have also trained in cupping, trigger point therapy, digipressure and Reiki energy treatments in order to add other tools to complement and/or adapt the proposed treatment. I am a member of the Professional Union of Osteopaths of Belgium, which guarantees a continuous training. I have always had a great interest in sports and horses. I am currently training in equine osteopathy. It is with great enthusiasm that I put into practice all that I have learned during these years of study and it is with pleasure that I will welcome you.

My outgoing, caring and passionate personality resonates with the philosophy of osteopathy which I decided to study for the human contact and the help to others through a hollistic approach to understand the origin of problems, to treat them and to avoid possible chronic injuries. Osteopathy, an alternative and traditional medicine, is a primary health care discipline and is therefore partially refunded by the mutual insurance company. I graduated in July 2022 from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in England and had the opportunity to study the human body and practice for 4 years. My training in England allowed me to learn the 3 bases of osteopathy such as the structural, the functional and the visceral and to put it into practice at the school's clinic where I was able to treat my patients for 2 years with supervision. These 1300 hours of clinical practice allowed me to acquire a wide range of techniques such as: articular, cranial, cranio-sacral, facial, myotensive, visceral, etc.. During my last year of master, I had the chance to specialise in pediatrics, perinatal and sports medicine. I had the exceptional opportunity to treat babies as young as a few weeks old, children and teenagers, pregnant women and post-partum, athletes and elderly people. Diplômé d'un master en kinésithérapie et réadaptation en 2021 à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles, j'y ai effectué des stages dans divers domaines tels que l'orthopédie, la revalidation cardiaque, la pédiatrie ou encore la gériatrie... J'ai donc acquis une solide expérience en travaillant avec divers patients, de l'enfant au senior en passant par l'athlète. L'approche holistique et la bonne relation patient-thérapeute sont essentielles pour moi car je place le patient au cœur du traitement. Je suis passionné par le corps humain, le bien-être physique et le sport (principalement le football, la callisthénie et la course à pied). En quête de perfectionnement, je participe à d'autres formations continues.

Passionate about sports since his youth, especially basketball, the practitioner is currently practicing with the Phoenix Brussels Basketball (Division 1). He also practices within the Brugmann hospitals (Neurology Rehabilitation & Intensive Care). He can provide you with abdominal reeducation care, help you to free yourself from your back pain, lumbago, notably with the help of crocheting, suction cups or free yourself from your joint pain. He also takes care of rehabilitation, home visits, bone problems, sports injuries, hand, wrist or neck pain. He holds a master's degree in physical therapy from HELB and is specialized in sports physical therapy. His consultations are conducted in French or English.

Le coeur de ma pratique est de prendre le temps d’écouter, de comprendre et d’accompagner. Formé en ostéopathie à l’Université libre de Bruxelles, j’ai choisi ce métier par passion pour le corps humain et par envie d’aider chacun à retrouver équilibre et un bien-être quotidien.
