Graduated from a master in physical therapy in 2017, my practice is focused on a manual approach, centered on the patient, his needs and his goals in order to best adjust the treatment. My years of experience in various institutions (Institut Jules Bordet - treatment of cancer patients, Hôpital Molière-Lonchamp, Centre Keops) have enabled me to acquire the ability to treat patients in a way that is adapted to each individual. Mon objectif est de comprendre chaque patient dans sa globalité afin de proposer un accompagnement adapté à ses besoins.

Je suis spécialisée en kinésithérapie maxillo-faciale avec une prise en charge des troubles de l’articulation temporo-mandibulaire (ATM) : douleurs de mâchoire, bruxisme, céphalées, troubles fonctionnels, accompagnement pré et post-opératoire ainsi qu’autour des traitements orthodontiques et chirurgicaux.

Formée en posturologie, un domaine qui me passionne particulièrement. J’accompagne les troubles de la posture et déséquilibres pouvant influencer douleurs, mouvements ou inconfort au quotidien. J’ai également développé un intérêt particulier pour les préférences motrices et l’analyse du mouvement, afin d’adapter au mieux la prise en charge à chaque individu.

Je suis également formée dans le traitement des œdèmes : lymphœdèmes, lipœdèmes, suites post-opératoires. Les séances peuvent associer drainage lymphatique manuel et pressothérapie selon les besoins.

Cavalière et sportive, je propose des prises en charges ciblées cavalier, je me suis naturellement spécialisée dans l’accompagnement du cavalier. Je suis formée aux préférences motrices du cavalier et en ostéopathie équine, me permettant d’avoir une compréhension globale du couple sportif et de leurs interactions.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Physiotherapy and a Master’s degree from KU Leuven, where I specialize in Rehabilitation Science with a focus on Manual Therapy for Spinal Disorders and Chronic Pain Rehabilitation. I am currently a candidate for the European Diploma in Pain Physiotherapy.

Additionally, I am a research assistant at Pain in Motion and Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), where I contribute to chronic pain research. I focus on the biopsychosocial factors and personalize my therapeutic plan depending on the needs of the patient.

I graduated in Sports Physiotherapy from VUB and further broadened my perspective by travelling around the world for a year, strengthening my passion for working with people and learning languages. I speak Dutch, French, and English, with a basic knowledge of Spanish.

As a self-employed physiotherapist in Brussels (Arte Medica and Basic-Fit) and strength & conditioning coach for the youth teams of Oud-Heverlee Leuven, I treat patients with a wide range of conditions. Football has always been a major part of my life. I currently play in the Belgian First Provincial League for KFC Herent after coming through the youth academy of OHL.

My areas of expertise include sports physiotherapy, manual therapy, and dry needling. I believe in a personalised approach to help every patient achieve an optimal and lasting recovery.

Diplômée en 2016, je possède une expérience de 7 ans dans le domaine de la revalidation neuro-locomotrice, ce qui m'a permis d'acquérir une expertise approfondie dans l'accompagnement et la rééducation des patients atteints de troubles de l'appareil locomoteur.

Au cours de mon parcours, j'ai suivi plusieurs formations spécialisées, notamment : Le Concept abdo-périnéo, L'Approche posturale de la lombalgie par la méthode de Gasquet, L'actualisation de la prise en charge globale du malade hémiplégique et Le traitement des cicatrices.

Passionnée de sport et sportive moi-même, je comprends l'importance de l'activité physique dans le processus de rééducation et d'amélioration du bien-être.
