I consult every Monday afternoon from 1pm to 6pm at Rue de Tenbosch 85, office n°4. My main objective is to provide psychological support to my patients, using attentive and empathetic listening.

Chaque entretien est une rencontre particulière et unique durant laquelle je vous accompagne dans l’expression de votre vécu, des charges encombrantes ou des contenus subjectifs, tout en respectant votre rythme. Le travail se fait dans une démarche collaborative où nous analysons ensemble votre demande, définissons des objectifs et établissons des moyens à mettre en œuvre. L’objectif est que vous puissiez vous réapproprier votre vie, vous sentir mieux dans votre peau, vivre en harmonie avec vous-même et votre entourage. Mon approche vise à vous considérer dans votre singularité et dans votre globalité. En tenant compte de mon orientation clinique, il s’agira ainsi de situer les problèmes dans un contexte plus large, de prendre en compte les facteurs qui les maintiennent ainsi que la fonction qu’ils peuvent avoir. J’accorde également une grande importance aux formations continues, supervisions et intervisions.

Diplômée psychologue clinicienne, je m’appuie sur des outils variés : la thérapie cognitivo-comportementale, l’approche humaniste, le coaching et les techniques psycho-corporelles. Mon objectif : offrir un cadre bienveillant où chacun peut avancer à son rythme vers plus de sérénité et d’épanouissement.

I am a clinical psychologist, trained in victimology and psycho-traumatology and in continuing education in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. In parallel to my consultation, I work in the Mental Health Service of the Province of Brabant Wallon in Tubize with adults and adolescents. As a person and a psychologist, I have always valued listening and empathy. Thus, the welcome and the non-judgmental attitude that I guarantee to my patients, allow me to create a secure relationship with them, characterized by benevolence. My practice is characterized by the use of various tools such as relaxation, anchoring and self-hypnosis techniques. The patient can learn to use these tools to work through his or her emotions and experience them more serenely. The establishment of a trusting and collaborative relationship between the patient and myself is essential in order for us to work together. In this way, the support that I will offer the patient will allow him/her to have a space where he/she can free his/her speech and verbalize his/her emotions, so that we can make sense of what he/she is going through. The change that the patient wants to achieve and the setting of objectives according to his initial request, as well as the realization of new experiences in a secure place, will be at the center of the care that I propose to offer him.

Alain Degols est psychothérapeute depuis 10 ans et juriste depuis près de 25 ans. Intervenant stratégique au sein des entreprises (employeur/travailleur) et au sein des familles (conjoints, ascendants/descendants), il est spécialiste du burn-out, des conflits familiaux et des troubles liés à l'angoisse, au stress et à l'anxiété. Il est diplômé en psychothérapie systémique (IGB), titulaire d'un master en droit (UCL) et est co-fondateur du centre belge de médiation familiale. Il vous accueille dans ses cabinets situés à Uccle et à Jette.
