!! Due to the high volume of new referrals I receive, I am unable to accept all requests for care. In order to maintain the quality and continuity of support provided to the patients I currently work with, I need to limit the number of new patients I can take on. From time to time, however, appointments become available at short notice. If you wish, you are welcome to check my online calendar regularly, as it is updated in real time, to see whether a slot becomes available for an initial consultation or the beginning of therapeutic support. If you are experiencing significant distress, require prompt support, or feel that your situation is urgent, please contact your GP, the nearest emergency service, or an appropriate local crisis support service rather than waiting for an appointment with me.
Thank you for your understanding !!
I am a Clinical Psychologist with ten years of professional experience in both individual outpatient practice and multidisciplinary healthcare settings. These experiences have enabled me to develop a comprehensive understanding of psychological care, taking into account the individual, their environment, and their personal resources.
I am accredited in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach grounded in scientific psychology and focused on practical, goal-oriented interventions.
My clinical practice is based on collaboration, transparency, and active engagement. The aim of CBT is to help individuals modify, in the present moment, behaviours, cognitions, and habits that contribute to psychological distress. This approach relies on structured, evidence-based techniques and practical therapeutic tools. Change is achieved progressively through behavioural experiments, therapeutic exercises, and between-session assignments.
CBT is not a passive or instantaneous process. Although supported by a strong evidence base, it requires active participation, commitment, and genuine collaboration. My role is to support and guide the therapeutic process, provide structure, and help patients define realistic goals that are consistent with their pace, long-term well-being, and interpersonal functioning.
I provide assessment and treatment for a wide range of psychological difficulties, including generalized anxiety disorder, depressive disorders, specific phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder (checking, washing, rituals, ordering, hoarding, etc.), interpersonal difficulties, problematic alcohol use, behavioural addictions (screen use, shopping, eating, etc.), burnout, social anxiety disorder, sleep disorders, panic attacks and panic disorder, school refusal and school-related anxiety, parenting support, emotional regulation difficulties, and adjustment disorders (e.g., separation, relocation).
I offer consultations in both French and English for adolescents, adults, and older adults.
