Diplômée en psychologie clinique, je vous accueille avec douceur et bienveillance dans mon cabinet au Centre Opale, situé à Uccle. 

Il arrive de se sentir perdu.e, dépassé.e par les évènements du quotidien, ou envahi.e par des émotions désagréables. Dans ce cas, prendre rendez-vous chez un.e psychologue peut être difficile. Il est donc important pour moi que vous vous sentiez en confiance afin que vous puissiez déposer ce qui vous traverse dans un environnement sécure et chaleureux.

Mon objectif est de vous accompagner dans vos difficultés quotidiennes, vos questionnements et vos doutes, tout en respectant votre rythme et vos besoins.

Actuellement en formation en psychothérapies humanistes et expérientielles, j’adopte une approche centrée sur la conscience de soi et du corps. Lors de notre collaboration, nous travaillons à vous aider à mieux vous comprendre, à être en harmonie avec vous-même, vos ressentis et vos valeurs.

Les consultations en visio sont également possibles.

En fonction de votre mutuelle, il est également possible de vous faire rembourser une partie de la séance.

Graduated in psychology and educational sciences in 2009, I have worked in various sectors of clinical psychology. I first worked with children and adolescents suffering from autism, psychosis and severe neurosis, and then opened my own practice. Trained in psychoanalytical and systemic practices, I now work both as a clinical manager in a child psychiatric hospital and as a psychotherapist with a varied patient base, children, adolescents or adults, in individual, couple and/or family settings. I treat various psychological disorders (attachment disorders, addiction, depression, anxiety, burn-out, school drop-out, autism spectrum disorders, psychotic disorders, ...).

I am a clinical psychologist, trained in victimology and psycho-traumatology and in continuing education in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. In parallel to my consultation, I work in the Mental Health Service of the Province of Brabant Wallon in Tubize with adults and adolescents. As a person and a psychologist, I have always valued listening and empathy. Thus, the welcome and the non-judgmental attitude that I guarantee to my patients, allow me to create a secure relationship with them, characterized by benevolence. My practice is characterized by the use of various tools such as relaxation, anchoring and self-hypnosis techniques. The patient can learn to use these tools to work through his or her emotions and experience them more serenely. The establishment of a trusting and collaborative relationship between the patient and myself is essential in order for us to work together. In this way, the support that I will offer the patient will allow him/her to have a space where he/she can free his/her speech and verbalize his/her emotions, so that we can make sense of what he/she is going through. Ma pratique en Planning Familial et mes formations m'ont permis de développer une éthique inclusive basée sur la singularité des personnes que je rencontre. Madame De Cock a suivi de nombreuses formations afin d'avoir une approche globale et le recul nécessaire pour apporter une solution adaptée à ses patients. Elle a d'abord suivi une formation à l'Université Catholique de Louvain en Psychologie clinique pour être diplômé en 2013; puis a choisi de poursuivre un cursus à Ichec Entreprise pour développer des compétence de management; enfin, de 2016 à 2019 elle a rejoint le CFNA où elle a été diplômé en Psychologie systémique (2016), Ostéopathie bio-énergétique (2017), Nutrithérapie (2019). Toutes ces formations lui permettent d'apporter les meilleures solutions possibles à ses patients. Psychologue clinicien de formation, je propose principalement des thérapies analytiques, des thérapies de type cognitivo-comportemental et systémiques.  Je suis également formé à la prise en charge individuelle et collective des traumatismes psychiques qui peuvent intervenir après un événement à fort retentissement émotionnel. 

Mon expérience de plus de 20 ans m’a amené à travailler autour de nombreuses problématiques : troubles anxieux, dépendances, difficultés conjugales, troubles relationnels, deuils, toutes formes de situation de victimisation (agressions sexuelles, violences conjugales,  traumas…), burn-out, difficultés dans la sphère professionnelle, gestion du stress.

Je suis fortement sensibilisé aux questions concernant l’identité et/ou l’identité sexuelle.
