As a clinical psychologist with a degree from the ULB, I offer a caring and reassuring framework to accompany any person experiencing discomfort, questions or symptoms. Although my approach is mainly analytical, I consider the treatment as an active collaboration between the psychologist and the consultant. Thus, I sometimes use concepts and tools from other approaches (systemic and ttc) in order to adapt my practice to the individuality of the person. I receive teenagers and adults individually for 45 minutes, either for a one-time meeting or for a long-term follow-up.

Elle a d'abord suivi une formation à l'Université Catholique de Louvain en Psychologie clinique pour être diplômé en 2013; puis a choisi de poursuivre un cursus à Ichec Entreprise pour développer des compétence de management; enfin, de 2016 à 2019 elle a rejoint le CFNA où elle a été diplômé en Psychologie systémique (2016), Ostéopathie bio-énergétique (2017), Nutrithérapie (2019). Toutes ces formations lui permettent d'apporter les meilleures solutions possibles à ses patients. Je suis psychologue clinicienne (enfants et adolescents), ayant réalisée mes études à l'Université Catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve, où j'ai obtenu un master à finalité spécialisée pour enfants, adolescents et famille.

Why see a psychologist? Throughout our lives, we are confronted with numerous difficulties that can arise at a personal, relational and/or professional level. It can happen that we feel overwhelmed and powerless in the face of these difficulties, and in such cases it can be beneficial to consult a psychologist. Consulting a psychologist can also be a way of working on yourself and getting to know yourself better. Being accompanied by a professional gives you an outside perspective and helps to identify and work on recurrent patterns in your life. I offer individual consultations in French, Dutch or English. An initial contact will enable us to get to know each other and to define your needs and objectives together. Then, a therapeutic follow-up can be set up to pursue these objectives.

As a psychologist, I have decided to focus my practice on both the assessment and management of young adults, adults and the elderly. Psychological and neuropsychological assessments can be requested and performed for diagnostic purposes. Assessment of cognitive functions (memory, attentional functions, executive functions, language, etc.) is usually considered following a head injury, when a degenerative disease is suspected or in the context of other neurological pathologies. I also perform IQ assessments in the context of logopedic reimbursements and suspicion of high potential or mental retardation. These psychological and neuropsychological assessments can also be performed in the context of psychological expertises. In therapy, the persons I receive are confronted with various problems such as a psychological trauma, a personality disorder, depression, malaise, anxiety, anxiety attacks, burnout, professional difficulties, harassment (moral and/or sexual), bereavement, etc.
