I have a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology from the ULB with a specialization in parenting support from the UCL. Using an integrative approach that reconciles psychoanalysis, behavioral and humanistic therapies, I propose that we work together in the understanding and resolution of problematic situations. Understanding the conceptual and cultural framework of others is the basis of the work I propose to undertake. Having worked in Latin America and practicing with expatriates, I attach particular importance to language, which can bring valuable subtleties to the therapeutic work. I receive in French as well as in Portuguese. The modalities and rhythm of the sessions will be determined during the first meetings where we will be able to identify the nature of the problem. I receive clients at the Mimosa Center in Brussels on Mondays and Saturdays for individual, family or couple counselling. My consultations are aimed at teenagers, adults and elderly people to whom I offer home follow-ups if necessary. Psychologue clinicienne et psychothérapeute, je propose un accompagnement psychologique aux enfants, adolescents et adultes, dans une perspective psychodynamique et analytique, plaçant le vécu du patient au centre de mes interventions. Psychologue conventionnée, j’adhère au réseau de soins psychologiques de première ligne et soins psychologiques spécialisés. Je reçois à mon cabinet, les vidéo-consultations sont également possibles. Mes expériences professionnelles de psychologue en hôpital psychiatrique et dans différents centres de consultation multidisciplinaire depuis presque 20 ans m’ont amenée à accueillir des souffrances psychiques touchant à la santé mentale générale telles que dépression, anxiété, troubles de la personnalité, burn-out, troubles relationnels, problèmes de couple,… Je suis par ailleurs plus précisément spécialisée dans la prise en charge des troubles alimentaires (anorexie-boulimie) et en psychologie périnatale (dépression post-partum, troubles des premiers liens, problèmes de sommeil de l’enfant,…).

Psychologue clinicienne formée à l'UCL, je reçois dans ma pratique privée des enfants, adolescents, ainsi que des adultes, pour des thématiques variées ; anxiété, déprime, trauma, difficultés d'ordre somatique, relationnel, comportemental, identitaire, ... Les patient.es arrivent tantôt avec une problématique/question précise, tantôt avec un mal-être plus diffus, difficilement définissable. Je travaille également aux Cliniques Universitaires Saint-Luc, en service de Cardiologie, et au sein de l'équipe de transplantation cardiaque. Formée à la psychothérapie d'orientation analytique (4 ans de formation supplémentaires après les études universitaires), le travail thérapeutique est pour moi avant tout une rencontre. Une rencontre unique, empreinte d'humanité entre le/la thérapeute et le/la patient.e, qui facilitera pour ce.tte dernier.e une rencontre authentique avec soi, à son rythme.

I am a Clinical Psychologist, accredited by the Commission of Psychologists. I graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in June 2010. I am specialized in perinatal support and parenting support. I also accompany any person wishing to work on themselves or going through a period of difficulty (bereavement, break-up, burn-out, depression, loss of employment, illness, relationship difficulties, ...) For more than ten years, I have worked in the accompaniment of children and parents in various crèches, schools and day-care centers linked to the European institutions of Brussels. These structures in which I had the opportunity to evolve welcomed a very large number of children and therefore parents, which allowed me to develop and enrich my experience in the field. My passions have always been people and their relationships. I communicate easily and I enjoy taking care of the people around me. I have chosen to dedicate my daily life to improving the quality of life of people who need it. I am continuously training myself through conferences, readings, interdisciplinary exchanges and supervisions, and this with the aim of always meeting the different expectations of my patients.
