Fort d’une solide expérience de terrain en  tant que pompier ambulancier et intervenant humanitaire, j’accompagne les personnes confrontées à des situations difficiles, qu’il s’agisse de traumatismes récents ou de stress prolongé.

Mon approche est pragmatique et centrée sur des outils concrets, alliant mon vécu de terrain et mes formations spécialisées.
