Je vous accompagne pour transformer ces tensions en ressources positives. La sophrologie n’est pas qu’une méthode de relaxation, c’est un véritable outil de transformation pour agir sur votre bien-être physique et mental.

Ma méthode :

Experte en médiation culturelle (licence et agrégation en histoire de l'art) et en techniques de relaxation (soins énergétiques dont le reiki et sophrologie), j'accompagne les profils à haute charge mentale dans la gestion de leur stress par un protocole combinant observation lente (Slow looking) et rééquilibrage énergétique.

Mon approche est basée sur une écoute bienveillante et sans jugement. Chaque séance est personnalisée : nous combinons ensemble des exercices de respiration, de décontraction musculaire et de visualisation positive que vous pourrez refaire en toute autonomie chez vous.

En cas de difficultés financières, un ajustement peut être envisagé dans un esprit de confiance et de bienveillance.
