Chinese Medicine (CM) views the individual as a complex, unique, and interconnected entity.

It is a complementary and preventative medicine that seeks the root of the symptoms. It can soothe, unblock, and assist anyone who wishes to alleviate their symptoms and improve their well-being, harmony, and vitality.

Cupping therapy is a method used in many cultures. It promotes the circulation of energy, blood and lymph, thus relieving pain and tension and restoring internal balance. It is particularly effective for sleep disorders, pain, sports recovery, and relaxation.

Qi Gong is a set of gentle movements, in static or dynamic positions, where the emphasis is on finding harmony between form, intention, and breathing. It contributes to improved physical and mental flexibility, greater mobility, a better sense of balance, and overall well-being.

As for me, I graduated from the Shanghai-Belgium School of Chinese Medicine, following three years of studies in acupuncture-moxibustion, cupping, dietetics, and tuina.

I have since completed several training courses/internships:

- Cupping therapy with the International Association of Cupping Medicine Practitioners in France

- Anatomy-Physiopathology at the Ecole de Santé de Suisse Romande in Geneva

- 2 weeks of clinical practice with Professor Eric Marié

I have been practicing martial arts for 24 years and have been teaching Qi Gong and Taekwon-Do since 2021. Medalist at the Taekwon-Do World Cups and European Championships in 2016 and 2024, I still compete at a high level, and I also practice Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Yin Yoga. This experience allows me to understand the demands and challenges of athletes, both mental and physical, and to help them achieve the best possible performance.
