Je m'appelle Marine, j’ai 40 ans, maman de trois enfants et passionnée depuis toujours par le service client et le bien-être. Après plus de 20 ans dans le secteur de l’hôtellerie, à des postes de direction, j’ai beaucoup appris sur l’exigence, la pression constante, et ce que signifie prendre soin des autres… parfois au détriment de soi-même.

Comme beaucoup, j’ai connu le rythme effréné : courir après le temps, mal manger, manquer d’activité physique, rester collée aux écrans et accumuler le stress sans vraiment s’écouter. Jusqu’au jour où j’ai compris qu’il fallait changer de cap. Revenir à l’essentiel. Se reconnecter à soi, à son corps, à ses besoins.

Aujourd’hui, j’ai à cœur d’aider les autres à retrouver leur équilibre, en profondeur. Pas de recettes miracles, mais une approche bienveillante, centrée sur l’écoute, le respect de chacun, et surtout, l’envie de vivre mieux. Car prendre soin de soi, ce n’est pas un luxe, c’est une nécessité.
