Ingénieure commerciale de formation, j’ai choisi de me consacrer pleinement à l’accompagnement du corps et du bien-être intérieur.


Aujourd’hui, j’aide les personnes stressées, hypersensibles ou simplement en quête de ressourcement à retrouver sérénité, ancrage et vitalité grâce à la réflexologie plantaire et à une approche intuitive du corps.


Chaque séance est un moment de reconnexion à soi, où la parole, le toucher et la respiration se rencontrent pour libérer les tensions et favoriser une détente profonde.


J’accueille également les femmes enceintes, pour les aider à vivre leur grossesse en douceur et à préparer sereinement la naissance.


Ma pratique s’appuie sur la réflexologie, la méthode MLC® (Libération des Cuirasses) et mon écoute intuitive du corps. Ensemble, nous créons un espace de transformation douce, respectueux du rythme de chacun.

Avec Claire, on se sent tout de suite à l'aise. Elle est très compétente. J'y vais quand j'ai le cou coincé et elle est aussi efficace qu'un ostéopathe. Je trouve même les effets plus rapides.
