Graduated from HELB Ilya Prigogine, I practice my profession with care. I practice physiotherapy targeting different audiences, namely children, adolescents, adults and seniors. I consult in French and English. I take care to listen to the patient. I consider him as a whole in order to provide him with the most specific care linked to his pathology.

Sportswoman and always interested in the human body and helping people, it was quite natural that I studied physiotherapy at the Leonard de Vinci high school. Graduating in 2022, I directly began a specialization in pelvi-perineology at UCL. I treat men and women both in general physiotherapy (orthopedics, sports injuries, geriatrics, etc.) and in abdominopelvic rehabilitation. Elena Trifan, has a master's degree in physical therapy and specializes in pelvic-perineal rehabilitation. She treats all disorders of the gynecological, urological, proctological, pelvic floor and abdominal girdle. In order to ensure optimal, global and individual care, she also specializes in global postural rehabilitation (Souchard method). In addition, she deals with all problems of the maxillofacial sphere (adults) and cardiovascular disorders.

I currently work at the pluridisciplinary medical centre Asper Bascule in Uccle. I practice general physiotherapy and mainly in orthopaedic, musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. I also specialise in paediatric physiotherapy. I work with kids presenting musculoskeletal and neurological pathologies. I adapt my practice to your requirements, objectives and availability. As a physiotherapist, I bring my expertise in the prevention or in the therapeutic follow-up of pathologies that can affect the different systems of the body (musculo-tendinous, cardiovascular, pulmonary, nervous,...) by revalidation and (re)education. I am also an athletics coach since 2015 and therefore know well the pathologies of runners and their functionings.
