Licensed Physical Therapist. Graduated from a master in physical therapy in 2017, my practice is focused on a manual approach, centered on the patient, his needs and his goals in order to best adjust the treatment. My years of experience in various institutions (Institut Jules Bordet - treatment of cancer patients, Hôpital Molière-Lonchamp, Centre Keops) have enabled me to acquire the ability to treat patients in a way that is adapted to each individual. I am currently studying osteopathy at the CBO (Collège Belge d'Ostéopathie)

Souriante et dynamique, j'ai intégré l'équipe du Centre S-Team en juillet 2024. Lors de mes séances, je porte une attention particulière à être à votre écoute, avec empathie et bienveillance, tout en ajoutant une touche de bonne humeur! J'ai toujours aimé être au contact des enfants, notamment lors de mes années d'animatrice en mouvement de jeunesse, il était donc évident pour moi d'orienter ma pratique vers une approche pédiatrique. Je me suis notamment formée dans les domaines des troubles du développement (NEM), bronchiolites, plagiocéphalies/torticolis du nourrisson ainsi que sur les malpositions des pieds & asymétries posturales.

Graduating with a Master's degree in Physical Therapy in 2019 from Parnasse-Isei, I subsequently specialized in sports and Orthpedic Manual Therapy. Graduated with distinction from HELB in physiotherapy, I have been passionate about this profession since I was very young. My academic career has been enriched by numerous internships in various healthcare environments, notably in nursing homes, hospitals and in physiotherapy practices. I like human contact, whether with children, adults or the elderly. I quickly discovered my passion for end-of-life support and pediatrics and I aspire to specialize in these areas to bring a more rigorous approach and greater comfort to my practice. My approach as a physiotherapist is characterized by my deep empathy, my positive dynamic, my ability to reassure patients and my rigor in my care. My ultimate goal is to contribute to the well-being and health of my patients while creating a warm and safe environment for their rehabilitation. I am determined to provide quality care and support my patients in maintaining their autonomy and improving their quality of life.

En tant que kinésithérapeute, j’adopte une approche centrée sur le patient, en l’impliquant activement dans son processus de soin. Je privilégie une rééducation personnalisée, fondée sur des données scientifiques (evidence-based practice), tout en restant attentif aux besoins spécifiques de chacun.

J’exerce dans deux cabinets :

• l’un situé à Molenbeek, dans un environnement calme et accessible,

• l’autre au sein de la salle Basic-Fit Rogier (1210 Bruxelles), pour une prise en charge dynamique et orientée vers le mouvement fonctionnel.

Je traite une grande diversité de patients : sportifs, personnes âgées, patients postopératoires, ainsi que toute personne souhaitant améliorer sa mobilité ou son bien-être global.

Lors de la première consultation, une anamnèse approfondie et un bilan fonctionnel complet permettent de définir ensemble des objectifs concrets. Chaque séance est ensuite construite sur mesure, selon ces objectifs, dans une atmosphère bienveillante et motivante.

Je me forme continuellement pour offrir des soins actualisés et efficaces. Je prévois de me spécialiser en thérapie manuelle et en kinésithérapie sportive. J’ai déjà suivi des formations spécifiques telles que la Fibrolyse myo-aponévrotique par technique de crochetage et le Blood Flow Restriction Training.

Mes services incluent la rééducation fonctionnelle, les massages thérapeutiques et les techniques de mobilisation, dans un cadre professionnel où écoute, empathie et communication sont au cœur de ma pratique.

Damien Chavalle is a physical therapist with 2 years of experience, he is specialized in sports physical therapy, manual therapy and neurology. He graduated from ISEK in 2017 and in sports physiotherapy in 2019 at Kinésport Paris. Responsible for the medical cell of the Rugby Club La Hulpe since 2018. Physiotherapist in the women's rugby 7s national team since 2017.

Je me présente en tant que kinésithérapeute diplômé de l'Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) depuis 2022. Passionné par mon métier, je mets tout en œuvre pour offrir à mes patients des soins de qualité, adaptés à leurs besoins spécifiques. Mon approche est basée sur l'écoute, le respect et la bienveillance, afin d'assurer un suivi personnalisé et optimal. Fort de mes connaissances et toujours en quête de perfectionnement, je m'engage à utiliser les techniques les plus efficaces pour favoriser la rééducation et améliorer le bien-être de chacun. Mon objectif est d’accompagner chaque patient vers une guérison complète, tout en respectant son rythme. Je suis à votre écoute pour vous aider à retrouver une meilleure qualité de vie.

Kinésithérapeute diplômé de l’Université de Liège, je combine ma passion pour le sport de haut niveau (en tant que sportif élite en BMX race) avec une approche professionnelle et individualisée de la rééducation.

Actuellement actif au CHU de Liège (Sports2) et au cabinet Kin&Perform à Fléron, je prends en charge une large variété de patients, avec une attention 

particulière pour la réathlétisation, les pathologies musculo-squelettiques et les sportifs, du loisir à l’élite.

Formé notamment au testing à l’effort, j’accorde une grande importance à l’évaluation précise et à l’adaptation 

des soins à chaque patient, dans un cadre humain, motivant et à l’écoute.

Nathalie Mouton is a physiotherapist since 2010. She is specialized in manual lymphatic drainage (using the Leduc method) as well as in muscle chains for adults and children (GDS method). She started her career at the Centre Médical du Val in Woluwé-Saint-Pierre after completing her Master's degree in physiotherapy at ISEK. She welcomes you in her private practice in Uccle for your physiotherapy sessions.

Trained in muscular and physiological chains according to the Busquet method, my practice is based on touch and dialogue. It is aimed at adults, adolescents and children who have chronic pain, the cause of which is often unknown: neck pain, lower back pain, headaches, chronic fatigue, etc. Using a combined approach of words and touch, we will investigate to understand and resolve blockages in the body: touch to release body tensions, and dialogue to bring to light the words hidden by the ailments. At your own pace and with respect for everyone. Body work is global, from the feet to the head. My steps also led me to pediatrics. I offer care focused on the concepts of baby Busquet muscle chains, pediatric manual therapy, as well as free motor skills. The little one's sleep is also regularly at the heart of parents' concerns. Interested in this subject, I learned a lot through training and readings. For those who wish, the sessions will therefore be an opportunity to discuss caring support for the baby's sleep. The prices are agreed: the first session amounts to 70€ (assessment) and the following ones to 62€ for one hour.
