Je suis kinésithérapeute depuis 2017, je suis passionné par mon métier et je me fais un point d'honneur à m'investir dans chaque traitement afin d'aider mon patient dans son projet thérapeutique.

I graduated in 2012 and continue to educate myself on a regular basis in order to stay current and provide my patients with the best possible care. I am oriented as much as possible towards evidence-based practice (practice that combines the best scientific evidence and takes into account the patient's preferences). I provide general physical therapy (orthopedics, rheumatology, neurology, cardiology, respiratory physical therapy, post-natal physical therapy, chronic pain) and help with the initiation or resumption of sports activities. Information and understanding of one's health is an important part of my practice.

Kinésithérapeute diplômée du Parnasse, également diplômée en éducation physique et en psychomotricité au parnasse également, j'allie ces expertises pour proposer une prise en charge globale et personnalisée. Etant nageuses depuis de nombreuses années cela m’a conduite à devenir professeur pour enfants et adultes, enrichissant ainsi ma compréhension des mouvements et des mécanismes corporels essentiels à la rééducation.

Je vous propose des soins adaptés à vos besoins, que ce soit au cabinet à Auderghem ou à domicile. Mon approche repose sur des techniques modernes, dans un cadre bienveillant et professionnel, avec pour objectif de vous accompagner efficacement vers une meilleure mobilité et un bien-être durable.

Kinésithérapeute conventionnée attentive et à l’écoute, je prends en charge les adultes et les adolescents pour des séances de kinésithérapie adaptées à vos besoins et à votre douleur.

Mon approche combine la thérapie manuelle et des exercices ciblés, avec pour objectif de soulager les douleurs et vous aider à retrouver un meilleur confort au quotidien.

Je m’intéresse particulièrement à la prise en charge des douleurs cervicales et du cou, ainsi que des douleurs de la mâchoire (ATM), tensions et maux de tête associés.

Je continue à me former afin de proposer une prise en charge actuelle et de qualité, avec une formation spécifique ATM prévue en 2026.

• Court-Saint-Étienne

Les séances à domicile sont possibles sur demande par téléphone.

Je suis kinésithérapeute dans le cabinet privé de l'ostéopathe Thierry Oceh avec qui je travaille en collaboration (Waremme, Province de Liège). Je travaille aussi au CHBA de Waremme en service physio (externe) en tant qu'indépendant.

Sportswoman and always interested in the human body and helping people, it was quite natural that I studied physiotherapy at the Leonard de Vinci high school. Graduating in 2022, I directly began a specialization in pelvi-perineology at UCL. I treat men and women both in general physiotherapy (orthopedics, sports injuries, geriatrics, etc.) and in abdominopelvic rehabilitation. Je ne fais pas de rapport post-séance par écrit mais vous êtes libre de prendre des notes pendant les explications en fin de consultation.

Le temps d'une consultation est de 45 minutes, le tarif est de 120€ et les moyens de payement sont soit en CASH soit en QR code.

La Microstéopathie M.A.T.D est Non remboursée par la mutuelle, le remboursement par votre assurance complémentaire est "possible" en fonction de celle-ci

Toute séance qui n'est pas annulée minimum 24h à l'avance sera due.

Diplomée d'un master en kinésithérapie en 2020 à la Haute Ecole Leonard de Vinci - Parnasse, j'ai acquis de l'expérience dans différents cabinets et hôpitaux. En plus de la kinésithérapie générale, principalement orthopédique, j'ai suivi une formation en thérapie manuelle qui m'a permis de développer des techniques afin de diminuer les douleurs, de retrouver de la mobilité et donc d'améliorer les capacités fonctionnelles. Je suis également formée au Pilates Matwork 1 ce qui me permet de vous proposer des exercices de revalidation doux afin de renforcer les muscles centraux et d'équilibrer le corps.

Je serais ravie de vous recevoir dans l'un de mes cabinets. Je reçois également à domicile pour les patients qui ne peuvent pas se déplacer.

Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

Convinced of the benefits of movement, I support my patients with a human and personalized approach, tailored to their specific goals and needs. Specialized in musculoskeletal manual therapy and trained by the Clinique du Coureur, I prioritize active rehabilitation, where each person becomes an active participant in their own recovery.
