Convinced that physical activity and attentive listening to the body allow for better care of the human being than conventional medicine alone, screening, the implementation of prevention programs and support in physical activity are for me the cornerstones of physical therapy and coaching today and tomorrow. As a CrossFit Level 2 certified trainer, I am passionate about functional movement and the capabilities that the human body is capable of developing when given the means. Previously a sound engineer in search of meaning, I decided to put myself at the service of health: my own and that of others. Physiotherapy, the art of healing through movement, has become my new way of life. Exercise medicine, therapy through sport, is today my new ally to reach my goal: to help you reach the best possible level of health.
