Black belt in judo, 3rd Dan. More than 10 years of high-level practice in this sport. I've discovered in sports physiotherapy a passion other than judo, and I'm fully committed to it.

Graduated with a Master's degree in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation at ULB, practitioner Estelle Janssens has also specialized in sports pathologies since September 2022. Graduated with distinction from HELB in physiotherapy, I have been passionate about this profession since I was very young. My academic career has been enriched by numerous internships in various healthcare environments, notably in nursing homes, hospitals and in physiotherapy practices. I like human contact, whether with children, adults or the elderly. I quickly discovered my passion for end-of-life support and pediatrics and I aspire to specialize in these areas to bring a more rigorous approach and greater comfort to my practice. My approach as a physiotherapist is characterized by my deep empathy, my positive dynamic, my ability to reassure patients and my rigor in my care. My ultimate goal is to contribute to the well-being and health of my patients while creating a warm and safe environment for their rehabilitation. Graduated in physiotherapy from ULB in 2021. I practice general physiotherapy including orthopedic (muscle, joint) and trauma (accident and operation) physiotherapy. My physiotherapy sessions are motivated by the desire to allow my patients to regain their autonomy and optimal physical capacity.

I have a master's degree in physical therapy from the ISEK and 10 years of experience in emergency and intensive care. I am specialized in maxillofacial rehabilitation, cardiorespiratory rehabilitation, lymphatic drainage and dry needling. I continue my training in osteopathy, nutritherapy and endobiogeny in order to offer you a holistic treatment. Located in Forest, on the border of Ixelles, St-Gilles and Uccle, Claire is oriented towards the care of musculoskeletal pain. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. She regularly trains and questions herself in order to provide her patients with treatments that are validated by the scientific community while being oriented by her own qualities as well as by the individuality of each patient. She transmits her knowledge to the patient and guides him/her in order to make him/her autonomous in his/her treatment and to keep the acquired knowledge beyond the consultation period.
